Entregamos nosso apartamento para aluguel, entregamos tudo conforme as exigências, bem pintado, reformado e recebemos, depois de exigir que fosse repintado, a inquilina pintou de uma cor quase preta, todo o apartamento, fora uns remendos mal feitos e a imobiliária recebeu sem problema...sem exigir pelo menos que fosse tonalidade areia como estava antes...tivemos que repintar! Porém, já não fosse demais, os vizinhos nos ligaram pra informar que tava tendo algum vazamento muito grande dentro, pois não parava de sair água pela porta...Não moramos em fortaleza, tivemos que procurar alguém pra ir lá pra ver o que era...eles foram mostrar o apartamento à alguém e deixaram uma torneira total aberta!!! Apartamento inundado!!!! Gasto de água absurdo!!! Perderam nossa confiança, sem respaldo nenhum! Não recomendo!!!!
Our experience with this real estate agency (from Fátima) is one of the worst. We delivered our apartment for rent, delivered everything as required, well painted, refurbished and received, after requiring it to be repainted, the tenant painted an almost black color, the whole apartment was a badly made patches and the real estate received without problem ... without at least requiring it to be sand tint as it was before ... we had to repaint! However, if it wasn't too much, the neighbors called us to inform that there was a very large leak inside, because there was no water coming out the door ... We didn't live in a fortress, we had to look for someone to go there to see what ... they went to show someone the apartment and left a full tap running !!! Flooded apartment !!!! Nonsense water waste !!! They lost our confidence without any backing! I do not recommend!!!!
