Comprei uma cesta de café da manhã (na foto e no anúncio, estava escrito como "cesta"), mas quando recebi, não era uma cesta mas sim uma caixa com os produtos comprados.
Se fosse para ter os produtos, eu iria no supermercado e comprava.
Iria sair muito mais barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido 2 dias da entrega, tive que ligar varias vezes para confirmarem meu pedido, confirmaram que estava em rota no dia da entrega por telefone e 1hs depois recebo um email avisando que a entrega não seria feita. E olha que incrível, 10min antes do "atendimento" acabar, porque funcionar já nao funciona mesmo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido com 2 dias de antecedência, paguei com pix, fizeram a confirmação, liguei varias vezes para ter certeza de que iriam entregar e 1hs após a ultima ligação recebo um email informado que o pedido só seria entregue dois dias depois. ah claro, vamos mudar a data de aniversario das pessoas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26 fiz um pedido com data de entrega no dia 28/02 em horário comercial e pagamento via Pix. Eis que meu arrependimento já começou aí mesmo, o pedido não foi confirmado e após várias ligações e reclamações que houve confirmação. A entrega seria feita entre 08 e 20hs. Hoje, 28/02, liguei às 18:26hs naquele belo atendimento (contém ironia) e fui informada pela Isabela (pelo visto unica atendente deles) que meu pedido estava em rota de entrega. Às 19:50hs recebo um email informando que meu pedido não foi entregue, SE eu aceitaria a entrega para o dia 02/03. Oi? Por que eu escolhi e paguei para que fosse entregue dia 28/02?
On the 26th I placed an order with a delivery date of 02/28 during business hours and payment via Pix. Behold, my regret started right there, the order was not confirmed and after several calls and complaints there was confirmation. Delivery would be made between 08:00 and 20:00. Today, 02/28, I called at 6:26 pm in that beautiful service (contains irony) and was informed by Isabela (apparently their only attendant) that my order was on its way to delivery. At 7:50 pm I receive an email informing me that my order has not been delivered, IF I would accept delivery for 02/03. Hey? Why did I choose and pay for it to be delivered on 02/28?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quis fazer uma surpresa pra minha irmã em seu aniversário amanhã 22 de Abril. Entregaram a cesta hoje, dia 21 sem nenhum aviso. O que era pra ser uma surpresa tornou um constrangimento pois deu a entender que errei o dia do aniversário de minha irmã. Além de escrevem o nome da minha filha errado no cartão. Entrei em contato com o suporte pelo site e no meio do atendimento a atendente encerrou a conversa pq disse que o expediente dela iria se encerrar me deixando a ver navios. Que péssima impressão tive desse primeiro e último pedido. No que depender de mim farei de tudo pra não recomendar essa espelunca pra ninguém! Se eu tivesse visto essas péssimas avaliações, jamais teria feito! Deixo aqui meu registo tbm para que outros não caiam na mesma furada!
I wanted to surprise my sister on her birthday tomorrow, April 22nd. They delivered the basket today, the 21st, without any warning. What was supposed to be a surprise turned into an embarrassment because it implied that I got my sister's birthday wrong. In addition to writing my daughter's name wrong on the card. I contacted support through the website and in the middle of the service the attendant ended the conversation because she said that her office would end leaving me to see ships. What a bad impression I had of that first and last request. As far as it depends on me, I'll do everything I can to not recommend this joint to anyone! If I had seen these bad reviews, I would never have done it! I leave here my record too so that others don't fall into the same hole!
