Era para o fisioterapeuta ter vindo na minha casa, mas quando ele chegou (com 1 hora de atraso) no prédio ele não sabia o número do apartamento, só o nome do paciente. Ele entrou no meu condomínio, se perdeu, tocou no apartamento errado e foi embora. Nem o fisioterapeuta nem a empresa nos ligaram avisando, eu estava quase ligando para a polícia com medo dele ser algum bandido e estar dentro de algum apartamento roubando. Até que conseguimos falar com a empresa (1 hora depois de diversas tentativas e das atendentes nos pedindo para aguardar o retorno delas), eles ligaram para o fisioterapeuta e ele disse que tocou a campainha e não tinha ninguém em casa. Péssima comunicação, agora imagina o atendimento lixo que devem prestar.

The physiotherapist was supposed to come to my house, but when he arrived (1 hour late) at the building he didn't know the apartment number, only the patient's name. He walked into my condo, got lost, touched the wrong apartment, and left. Neither the physiotherapist nor the company called to let us know, I was about to call the police, afraid he was some criminal and was in an apartment stealing. Until we were able to talk to the company (1 hour after several attempts and the attendants asking us to wait for them to return), they called the physiotherapist and he said he rang the bell and there was no one at home. Bad communication, now imagine the garbage service they must provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Faltam e não avisam. A que estava vindo de nome Jessica ficou 5 dias sem aparecer e hj teve a ousadia de enviar um whatsap às 5:20 da manhã para avisar que só poderia chegar entre 8;30- 9:00.
Nem minha família tem essa ousadia
Terrible attendance. They lack and do not warn. The one who was coming by the name Jessica did not show up for 5 days and today she had the audacity to send a whatsap at 5:20 am to say that she could only arrive between 8:30 and 9:00.
Not even my family has this boldness

Mas vamos ao ponto, empresa que promete pagamento ao seu funcionário e não paga, não atendem o telefone, desliga o telefone na nossa cara, não tem profissionalismo nenhum. Os funcionários também não responde as mensagens e sempre está em horario de almoço nunca disponível para falar conosco.
As there is no way to give 0 stars as a rating, I am obliged to give 1. But let's get to the point, a company that promises payment to its employee and doesn't pay, they don't answer the phone, hang up on us, they don't have any professionalism. The staff also does not respond to messages and is always on lunch break never available to talk to us.

Não atendem nenhum telefone, não respondem mensagem,o Financeiro nunca me dá uma resposta e só falar que vai verificar mas nunca com retorno e sempre com uma desculpa de sistema.sem credibilidade nenhuma visto pelas avaliações negativas da sua empresa e reclamações no reclame aqui. Jamais vou indicar esta "empresa", para alguém trabalhar pois não pagam seus prestadores de serviço, como eu.
The company owes me for the service I've already provided, they just drag me out. Every month is a different excuse. They don't answer any phone, don't answer messages, Finance never gives me an answer and just say they'll check it but never with a return and always with a system excuse. No credibility seen by the negative reviews of your company and complaints in the claim here. I will never recommend this "company", for someone to work because their service providers do not pay, like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a Dr. Silvia Regina, ginecologista. Aguardei o encaminhamento de uma receita de medicamentos por SMS durante uma semana inteira após a consulta, e mesmo solicitando o envio por e-mail por não recebê-las via SMS, a mesma não encaminhou, entrou em recesso e ainda disse ser "uma pena" eu não ter recebido a receita por SMS.
É uma médica simpática, mas é o verdadeiro exemplo de que simpatia não define empatia, já que não se coloca no lugar do outro.
Bad experience with Dr. Silvia Regina, gynecologist. I waited for a prescription to be sent by SMS for a whole week after the consultation, and even though I asked for it to be sent by email because I did not receive it via SMS, it did not send it, went into recess and still said it was "a pity " I have not received the recipe by SMS.
She is a sympathetic doctor, but she is the true example that sympathy does not define empathy, as she does not put herself in the other person's shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa,fiz 5 atendimentos em dezembro, até hoje não me pagaram, não indico pra nenhum dos meus colegas, eles enrolam,até me bloquearam,pra não me pagar.
Terrible company, I made 5 calls in December, until today they haven't paid me, I don't recommend it to any of my colleagues, they roll around, they even blocked me, so they wouldn't pay me.

Não aceitem trabalhar por ela.
