★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de 12 pacotes de fraldas Cotidien no valor de quase 680 reais, dividiram em 2 caixas, entregaram uma caixa com 2 pacotes,. ficaram faltando 10 pacotes e desde o dia 26 estava sendo prometida a entrega total.
Ontem colocaram que entregaram, mas aqui no residencial o controle não tem nada anotado, o caminhão não passou pela portaria e ninguem tem as anotações da entrega ficticia, e eles dizem que foi entregue e não consigo mais contato. Vou ficar sem fraldas e dinheiro, de jeito nenhum. Agora não sabemos, endereco, telefone e muito menos quem é o responsável.
I made a purchase of 12 packages of Cotidien diapers worth almost 680 reais, divided into 2 boxes, delivered a box with 2 packages,. 10 packages were missing and since the 26th, full delivery has been promised.
Yesterday they said that they delivered it, but here at the residential the control has nothing written down, the truck has not passed through the reception and no one has the notes for the fictitious delivery, and they say it was delivered and I can't get in touch anymore.
