★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou 5 estrelas devido a um instrutor la dizer que não é obrigação dele dar informação que é apenas dar aula. Aula on line, como ele disse hj ele esta ganhando o dia dele, a gente conseguindo entrar ou não. Se a gente for reclamar ele não gosta. Péssimo com pessoas. Não estou generalizando todos os instrutores, pois os outros são ótimos.
 I do not give 5 stars due to an instructor saying that it is not his obligation to give information that is just teaching. Online class, as he said today he is winning his day, we can get in or out. If we go to complain he doesn't like it. Terrible with people. I'm not generalizing all the instructors, because the others are great.

Não adianta ficarem com resposta pronta na ponta da língua, de certo inúmeras pessoas estão loucas vendo miragem, é um despautério a desorganização, estou aguardando para remarcar uma aula a um tempão, remarcaram, mas não me colocaram no grupo, tento conversar, mas não tenho resposta, como vou finalizar esse curso eu não sei, mas estou tentando desde o início do curso no dia 17 de janeiro desse ano, e até agora nada...

Fui lá no dia 04/03 e paguei R$70 (SETENTA REAIS) de diferença pra conseguir fazer o cursinho online por questão de horários, elas me disseram que de 15 a 20 dias entrariam em contato, hoje já é dia 30 E NADA. Liguei lá e as mesmas me disseram que não tem turma fechada do curso online e por tal motivo ainda não foi iniciado.
Gente, isso é um ABSURDO. Todo lugar aonde você vai, cursos online são mais baratos do que presenciais, lá, eles te cobram SETENTA REAIS de diferença e ainda te colocam pra esperar quase UM MÊS pra começar. Então quer dizer que se ficar 5 meses sem fechar turma, eles vão atrasar a minha vida em 5 MESES pra começar? Da licença, quanto descaso! Eu se quer vou usar a estrutura de vocês e ainda tive que pagar mais caro, me poupe. Eu espero que seja resolvido logo, pois não vou cansar de ligar, TODOS OS DIAS, até que a situação seja resolvida e eu comece o curso, um absurdo vocês enrolarem os alunos dessa maneira, se não há turma, não ofereçam o online, simples. Vocês precisam melhorar e muito.
My first experience was already bad, the service is very bad. I went there on 03/04 and paid R$70 (SEVENTY REAIS) for the difference to be able to take the online course due to schedules, they told me that they would get in touch in 15 to 20 days, today is the 30th AND NOTHING. I called there and they told me that there is no closed class of the online course and for that reason it has not started yet.
Folks, this is ABSURD. Everywhere you go, online courses are cheaper than face-to-face courses, there, they charge you SEVENTY reais of difference and even put you to wait almost ONE MONTH to start. So you mean that if I go 5 months without closing class, they will delay my life by 5 MONTHS to start? Excuse me, how neglectful! I want to use your structure and I still had to pay more, save me. I hope it will be resolved soon, because I won't get tired of calling, EVERY DAY, until the situation is resolved and I start the course, it's absurd for you to wind up students like that, if there's no class, don't offer the online, simple . You guys need to improve a lot.
