★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por telefone o atendimento é otimo. Depois que paguei, durante a pandemia, Detran sem funcionamento , incluiram meu filho numa fila de espera para qdo fosse iniciar o atendimento. Após 30 dias tentamos contato, pedi meu dinheiro volta, pois ainda nada de aulas . Querem cobrar 30% de multa de um serviço que nem prestaram, alegando que imprimem contrato, atendem telefone, mantem honorários de escritório de contabilidade e etc...e por isso tem gastos... Oi? Gente, todos nós estamos passando por problemas né... vamos ser honestos. Pegar dinheiro das pessoas pra pagar nossas contas ... Aí não né. Vamos ter respeito. Coisa feia.
The phone service is great. After I paid, during the pandemic, Detran not working, they included my son in a waiting line when he was going to start the service. They want to charge a 30% penalty for a service they didn't even provide, claiming that they print a contract, answer the phone, maintain accounting office fees and etc ... and that's why they have expenses ... Hi? Guys, we're all going through problems, right ... let's be honest. Get money from people to pay our bills ... Not right. We will have respect. Ugly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, veículos em bom estado (novos) e ótimo custo benefício. Alguns procedimentos demoraram um pouco, mas acredito que por causa da pandemia e da burocracia que existe em nosso país. As atendentes são muito atenciosas e objetivas e o instrutor é muito competente e profissional. Só estou aguardando minha CNH chegar para ficar 100% satisfeito.
Good service, vehicles in good condition (new) and great cost benefit. Some procedures took a while, but I believe that because of the pandemic and the bureaucracy that exists in our country. The attendants are very attentive and objective and the instructor is very competent and professional. I'm just waiting for my CNH to arrive to be 100% satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugiro não pagar antes, colocam instrutor que só quer ficar falando da vida pessoal e não orientam corretamente. Além disso, só foram marcar datas quando pedi meu dinheiro de volta. Não sabem administrar e tampouco respeitar o cliente, a gerentona loira é uma grossa, grita é sem educação, e que não sequer escuta qualquer relato do cliente!!!! Sem contar quando voce chega la parece que ta implorando pra ser atendido, tipo órgão público.
I suggest not paying first, they put an instructor who just wants to talk about their personal life and do not guide them correctly. Besides, they didn't set dates until I asked for my money back. They don't know how to manage or respect the customer, the blonde manageress is rude, she screams, it's rude, and she doesn't even listen to any customer report!!!! Not to mention when you get there it seems like you're begging to be seen, like a public agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto escola desrespeitosa te promete prazos que são ignorados depois. A recepção desagradável e incompetente. Cometem inúmeros erros e não são capazes de oferecer soluções satisfatórias. Péssima experiência. Para poder concluir meu processo fui obrigado a pedir transferência, depois de uma longa e desagradável conversa com a responsável que foi rude e nada profissional, a qual além de adorar pedir paciência devido a pandemia, e ignora completamente o uso de máscaras dentro do estabelecimento, não é apita a resolver os próprios erros. Uma vergonha de autoescola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora os carros estejam em bom estado (novos) e eu tenha gostado do meu instrutor, o atendimento da secretaria deixa muito a desejar, o que dificulta MUITO a minha recomendação da autoescola para alguém. A secretária demorou para enviar meus documentos para o CFC, enviando os de pessoas que se matricularam depois de mim antes dos meus documentos, mesmo sabendo que eu tinha pressa, o que atrasou minha entrada na aula teórica em 2 semanas. Além disso, por erro da secretária novamente, minha carta atrasou mais de um mês para ser entregue, pois ela colocou que eu queria categorias A e B, quando eu explicitamente falei que queria apenas a B. Consequentemente, tive que desembolsar dinheiro para ir ao cartório e autenticar uma carta de desistência da categoria A e me deslocar para a autoescola apenas para levar essa carta, procedimento necessário em casos como esse e que só me foi explicado após o DETRAN acusar que o motivo de não terem enviado minha carta era o fato de eu ter sido reprovada na prova de categoria A; sendo que eu já havia perguntado umas 4 vezes por Whatsapp se está tudo bem com o processo de impressão da carta pois estava demorando mais que o usual e a secretária me respondendo que era por causa da pandemia.
Hoje estou com a carta e sou muito grata ao meu instrutor por isso. O processo de tirar a carteira é demorado mesmo e estava mais ainda por causa da pandemia, eu entendo. No entanto, enfrentei problemas que em nada tiveram relação com a pandemia e ainda tive gastos não planejados para resolver esses problemas que não foram por minha causa. Creio que existam outras autoescolas com melhores preços e melhores atendimentos.
Although the cars are in good condition (new) and I liked my instructor, the secretarial service leaves a lot to be desired, which makes it VERY difficult for me to recommend the driving school to anyone. The secretary took a while to send my documents to the CFC, sending those from people who enrolled after me before my documents, even though I was in a hurry, which delayed my entry into the theoretical class by 2 weeks. Also, due to the secretary's mistake again, my letter was more than a month late in being delivered, as she stated that I wanted categories A and B, when I explicitly said I only wanted B. Consequently, I had to shell out money to go to the registry office and authenticate a category A dropout letter and go to the driving school just to take this letter, a necessary procedure in cases like this and which was only explained to me after DETRAN accused that the reason for not sending my letter was the fact that I failed the Grade A test; being that I had already asked about 4 times by Whatsapp if everything is ok with the letter printing process because it was taking longer than usual and the secretary answering me that it was because of the pandemic.
Today I have the letter and I am very grateful to my instructor for that. The process of getting the license is really time consuming and it was even longer because of the pandemic, I understand. However, I faced problems that had nothing to do with the pandemic and I still had unplanned expenses to solve these problems that were not my fault. I believe that there are other driving schools with better prices and better services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente auto escola, fiquei muito satisfeita com o serviços prestados, não dirigia e o instrutor foi muito paciente, fiz uma adição na minha habilitação e em menos de 2 meses consegui terminar, super recomendo.
Excellent driving school, I was very satisfied with the services provided, I did not drive and the instructor was very patient, I added my license and in less than 2 months I was able to finish it, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de fechar com a auto escola, li os comentários e foi o que me motivou, ainda que o instrutor e os carros foram excelentes, demoram para agendar os exames e pecam no atendimento. Não indico, existem lugares melhores.
