★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi uma academia em que todos os instrutores não só te recebem com um baita alto astral às 7 da manhã, como também tornam as aulas muito mais animadas e leves, mesmo fazendo a gente pegar pesado. Aluno a apenas 3 meses e muito satisfeito com a qualidade dos treinos e principalmente com os resultados que eles estão trazendo. Recomendo fortemente para todos. Não importa o seu objetivo. Essa academia com certeza tem a solução ideal para você.
I've never seen a gym where all the instructors not only welcome you with a high spirits at 7 am, but also make the classes much more lively and light, even making us hard. Student for just 3 months and very satisfied with the quality of training and especially with the results they are bringing. I strongly recommend it to everyone. It doesn't matter what your goal is. This gym certainly has the ideal solution for you.

CFP9 continues to be the ultimate crossfit box in Rio and by a far margin. It has continually updated its equipments and training programs. You can still find all what you can expect from a high end gym, with the best equipment, barbells, huge open space, and, most importantly, it has the best staff you could ask. Led my Marcos and Samantha, you're in for one hell of ride.
Located in Itanhangá, on the foothills of the mountain, it's situated in a closed neighborhood with plenty of parking spots. The weather is usually on the cool side and quite pleasant.
They are the best in town.
