Tinha um notebook que estava parado fazia alguns anos e fui até a loja querendo trocar a bateria, colocar um SSD e aumentar a memória RAM. Fui atendido pelo proprietário Fabio que, além de me explicar como funcionava o SSD me convenceu que provavelmente a bateria não estaria com problema e de que eu não precisaria instalar mais memória RAM para o meu perfil de uso!
Bom enfim, só trocou o que precisava ser trocado sempre com muita transparência e gastei muito menos do que esperava e do que tinha orçado em outros lugares (e não foram poucos). Adicionalmente fui surpreendido que meu notebook ganhou um HD Externo com case e tudo com meu antigo HD interno e veio tão limpinho e pronto para uso. Está excelente e estou extremamente satisfeito.
Parabéns pela competência e honestidade! Repito, fui convencido a gastar menos!! No fim indiquei para meu pai e tio (que são de outra cidade!) e também para meu sogro .
Sempre que precisar de algum reparo em informática não tenho dúvidas de onde vou procurar.

I had a notebook that had been idle for a few years and I went to the store wanting to change the battery, put an SSD and increase the RAM. I was attended by the owner Fabio who, in addition to explaining to me how the SSD worked, convinced me that probably the battery would not have a problem and that I would not need to install more RAM for my usage profile!
Well anyway, I only changed what needed to be changed with a lot of transparency and spent much less than I expected and what I had budgeted elsewhere (and there were many). Additionally I was surprised that my notebook got an External HD with case and everything with my old internal HD and it came so clean and ready to use. It is excellent and I am extremely satisfied.
Congratulations on your competence and honesty! I repeat, I was convinced to spend less !! In the end I indicated it to my father and uncle (who are from another city!) And also to my father-in-law.
Whenever I need a computer repair I have no doubt where I will look.
