★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O conserto do display ficou bom, porém na troca eles não colocaram o flat do auto falante, reclamei e eles me cobraram pra colocar outro, resumindo o celular não tem som ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular (Doogee Mix 2) com a gaveta emperrada (no 19/03/2018), o rapaz que atendeu começou a forçar meu celular e comendo uma marmita ao mesmo tempo. Conclusão: trincou a parte de trás do aparelho e como eu não percebi na hora o que aconteceu ao voltar no local o mesmo NEGOU insistentemente que não mexeu no celular. NÃO RECOMENDO O LOCAL NEM PARA MINHA SOGRA!
I took my cell phone (Doogee Mix 2) with the drawer stuck (on 03/19/2018), the guy who answered it started forcing my cell phone and eating a lunch box at the same time. Conclusion: it cracked the back of the device and as I didn’t realize at the time what happened when I got back on the spot the same DENIED insistently that didn’t touch the cell phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE NOR FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemas um pouco mais complexos como troca de Rom demonstram a fragilidade do local. Ficaram 4 dias com meu celular sem saber o que fazer e no final eu acabei tendo de resolver o problema. Se puder, vá em outro lugar pra consertar seu aparelho.
Slightly more complex problems such as changing Rom demonstrate the fragility of the site. They spent 4 days with my cell phone not knowing what to do and in the end I had to solve the problem. If you can, go somewhere else to fix your device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas no concerto de meu telefone nesta loja. Troquei o display na outra filial desta loja na cidade e quando me dirigi a esta para trocar a bateria, tive meu display danificado. Eles se comprometeram a trocar e o fizeram, porem a outra tela também estava danificada. Na primeira loja disseram que o display era original, porém na segunda me disseram que não era. Não é um lugar confiável. Recomendo procurar outro lugar para concertar o celular.
I had trouble with my phone at this store. I changed the display in the other branch of this store in the city and when I went to this to change the battery, I had my display damaged. They compromised to change and did, but the other screen was also damaged. At the first store they said the display was original, but on the second they told me it was not. Not a reliable place. I recommend looking for another place to arrange the cell phone.
