★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pra ninguém! Proprietária n honrou compromisso e alugou o espaço a outra pessoa mesmo já me enviando o contrato. Falta de ética e respeito aos clientes e a sua propria imagem!!! Lamentável
Enfatizo q contrato já estava pronto,
meus dados e de Fabiana já constavam na minuta, faltava ela assinar pra pagar. Tenho todos as provas! Liguei pra ela, pedi q enviasse a assintura, mandei mensagem cobrando, (pq ninguém paga sem assinar) e mesmo assim n enviou. Após horas responde q outra pessoa pagou e disse q n podia me alugar mais! Essa é a politica, n mostrando um mínimo de respeito a quem já tinha feito acordo e nem a si mesmo.
A lei esclarece contrato é td q se acorda entre as partes verbal ou por escrito. Disse q até dia 31/01 podia fechar com ela, agora mente dizendo q tinha prazo! O acordo era pagar após assinar, ainda dia 09/01 liguei, pedi q assinasse, e vc acha q ela respondeu? Não! Cm iria pagar sem ela assinar? A proprietária deu causa, e agora quer colocar sua falta de palavra e irresponsabilidade pra cima dos clientes!
Só sei q a palavra do verdareiro homem e mulher vale mais q dinheiro e papel!!!
Mas q bom q n foi fechado pq umas das piores coisas da vida é fechar negócio com quem n cumpre o que diz!
Parabéns ao Google q criou essa ferramenta de informaçoes pq é importante q o máximo de pessoas tome conhecimento da causa pra TB n serem enganados! E quem sabe, os proprietários ao invés de ficar justificando seus erros, fiquem agradecidos e assumam posturas mais respeitosas e responsáveis com seus clientes. Obrigado
 I don't recommend it to anyone! Owner n honored commitment and rented the space to someone else even sending me the contract. Lack of ethics and respect for customers and their own image !!! Unfortunate
I emphasize that the contract was already ready,
my and Fabiana's data were already in the draft, she needed to sign to pay. I have all the evidence! I called her, asked her to send the sign, sent a message charging, (because nobody pays without signing) and even then she didn't send it. After hours he answered that someone else paid and said he couldn't rent me more! That is the policy, showing a minimum of respect to those who had already made an agreement and not to himself.
The law clarifies the contract is td q if agreed between the parties verbally or in writing. I said that until January 31st I could close with her, now I'm saying that I had a deadline! The agreement was to pay after signing, still on 01/09 I called, asked her to sign, and you think she answered? No! Would Cm pay without her signing? The owner gave cause, and now she wants to put her lack of speech and irresponsibility on top of customers!
I just know that the word of the greengrocer man and woman is worth more than money and paper !!!
But good thing it was closed because one of the worst things in life is closing deals with those who do not do what they say!
Congratulations to Google q created this information tool because it is important that as many people know the cause of TB n be fooled! And who knows, the owners, instead of justifying their mistakes, be grateful and assume more respectful and responsible attitudes towards their customers. Thank you
