The farm itself is good. The issue was the lack of commitment. Because they said I was going to deliver the farm clean, getting there was nothing clean.

Desde o dia 22/09/21 estou tentando agendar para ir ver a chácara e fechar a locação para o natal, mas eles nunca podem no horário que o cliente esta disponível. Quando enfim marcou, mandou mensagem uns minutos antes do horário combinado avisando que já tinha alugado para outra pessoa. Como ja estava a caminho não vi, cheguei lá e ninguém me atendeu, foi ai que vi a mensagem no Whatsapp.
Lack of commitment, poor service. Since the 22/09/21 I'm trying to schedule to go see the farm and close the rental for Christmas, but they never can at the time the client is available. When he finally made the appointment, he sent a message a few minutes before the agreed time to let him know that he had already rented it to someone else. As I was on the way, I didn't see it, I got there and no one answered me, that's when I saw the message on Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa apesar de ainda estar em obras ,,,,, eu gostei o lugar é bonito sentir falta também de colchão éramos mais de 30 pessoas e só tinha 5 colchões disponíveis tivemos que ir em casa buscar colchões pra acomodar todos , nesse caso de chácara pra alugar tem que ter uns 50 colchões disponíveis pras pessoas ,,,,, e lá merece viu a casa é bem grande
Wonderful even though it is still under construction ,,,,, I liked the place is beautiful I also miss a mattress we were more than 30 people and there were only 5 mattresses available we had to go home to get mattresses to accommodate everyone, in this case a farm to rent, you have to have about 50 mattresses available for people
