★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da minha avaliação ser baixa, a loja em si possui bastante opções, itens legais, porém o atendimento é muito ruim. Moro em uma chácara, tenho piscina e consequentemente casa de máquinas. Precisava fazer melhorias no equipamento, compra de outros e manutenção. Liguei 3 vezes na loja, marcaram a visita na minha casa mas não vieram. Parece que estão fazendo um favor em te atender, liguei outras 2 vezes, quem atende te passa para um pessoa, que nunca é quem resolve, daí te passam para outra que também não resolve. O pior está por vir, quando a ligação volta pra quem me atendeu, disseram que o responsável iria me ligar, até hoje nada. Esses episódios foram em Abril, já estamos no dia 17 de Maio. Lamentável.
Despite my low rating, the store itself has a lot of options, cool items, but the service is very bad. I live in a farm, I have a pool and, consequently, an engine room. I needed to make improvements in the equipment, purchase of others and maintenance. I called the store 3 times, they made an appointment at my house but they didn't come. It seems that they are doing you a favor in answering you, I called 2 more times, whoever answers you passes it to a person, who is never the one who solves it, then they pass you on to another who also does not solve it. The worst is yet to come, when the call comes back to whoever answered me, they said that the person in charge would call me, until today nothing. These episodes were in April, we are already on the 17th of May. Unfortunate.
