Moro em uma chácara, preciso fazer manutenção em alguns itens da minha casa de máquinas, tirei fotos ( 2vezes ) gravei vídeos narrando o acontecido ( mais 2 vezes ) expliquei que precisava de um técnico me visitando para mostrar tudo que tinha que fazer, até perguntei se era cobrado visita para orçamento, o que não seria um problema, NÃO me responderam. Da primeira vez simplesmente me disseram que perderam meu contato e fotos e esqueceram de responder, da segunda eu não sei porque até agora estou sem resposta, hoje é dia 17 de Maio e isso aconteceu já tem uns 15 dias, infelizmente tive essa péssima experiência.
They recommended this company to me with a good recommendation, but that was not what happened to me. Terrible attendance. I live in a farm, I need to do maintenance on some items in my engine room, I took pictures (2 times) I recorded videos narrating what happened (2 more times) I explained that I needed a technician visiting me to show everything I had to do, I even asked if a visit was requested for a budget, which would not be a problem, they did NOT answer me. The first time I was simply told that they lost my contact and photos and forgot to answer, the second I don't know why so far I am unanswered, today is the 17th of May and that happened about 15 days ago, unfortunately I had this very bad experience.
