Liguei antes para me certificar de que estaria separado, porém, quando cheguei lá, fui informada de que teria que esperar numa fila imensa junto com outras pessoas que escolhiam o uniforme na hora. Em tempos de pandemia, não faz sentido algum ter que ficar num ambiente fechado e lotado desnecessariamente quando meu pedido já estava separado e PAGO. Afinal é para isso que existe a compra online. Argumentei isso
com a funcionária, que riu da minha cara junto com uma cliente de maneira debochada. Isso é um desrespeito tamanho. E uma burrice. Afinal, a loja só ficaria mais cheia e insegura já que estamos numa PANDEMIA e o ideal é dar vazão aos pedidos e agilizar o atendimento. Reclamarei na escola também para mudarem o fornecedor.
Terrible. I bought it online to avoid crowding, but as I live nearby, I decided to pick it up at the store. I called ahead to make sure I would be separated, but when I got there, I was told that I would have to wait in a huge line with other people choosing their uniforms on the spot. In times of pandemic, it doesn't make any sense to have to stay in a closed and unnecessarily crowded environment when my order was already sorted and PAID. After all, that's what online shopping is for. I argued that
with the employee, who laughed in my face along with a client in a mocking way. That's such disrespect. And stupid. After all, the store would only be more crowded and insecure since we are in a PANDEMIC and the ideal is to allow for orders and speed up service. I will also complain to the school to change the supplier.

Só que para finalizar falaram que eu teria que enviar WhatsApp, só que ninguém responde!! Estou há mais de uma semana tentando, ligo na loja e falam que devo estar na fila de espera pq recebem uma média de 100 clientes/dia. E o que eu tenho a ver com isso?? Se não tem capacidade para responder o WhatsApp que mudem o meio de venda!!!!
Terrible attendance! The website doesn't have the products I'm looking for. I called the store and they informed me that I would have to order, so far ok. But to finish they said that I would have to send WhatsApp, but no one answers!! I've been trying for over a week, I call the store and they say I should be in the queue because they receive an average of 100 customers/day. And what do I have to do with it?? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três funcionárias, 2 clientes, pediu para que eu pegasse senha e não me atendeu, sentei, esperei uns 10 min mas não atenderam, estava com meus dois filhos. Fui embora. Não recomendo, existem outras lojas na região ao qual irei com mais tempo. Passei nessa devido ser meu caminho para casa me arrependi. Perderam uma cliente e indicarei as outras lojas que conheço.
Three employees, 2 customers, asked me to get the password and they didn't answer me, I sat down, waited about 10 minutes but they didn't answer, I was with my two children. I left. I do not recommend, there are other stores in the region that I will go to with more time. I passed this because it was my way home I regretted it. They lost a customer and I will recommend the other stores I know.
