★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência.Giz contato pela manhã ,por volta das 09;00 deixei meus contatos ,e não recebi retorno.Fiz contato novamente fui atendido por um rapaz de nome Herbert , que me informou estar ciente ,e que a corretora faria contato em minutos ,pois já é 12;00 e nenhum contato fizeram comigo.Eu do queria saber sobre um imóvel valores , exigências para locação,mas diante deste episódio até perdi interesse ,achei que não houve comprometimento com o cliente.
Fica aí meu registro para que possam melhorar.
I didn’t have a good experience. Chalk contact in the morning, around 9; 00 I left my contacts, and I didn’t get any feedback. I made contact again. in minutes, as it is already 12; 00 and no contact has been made with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato pelo telefone aqui informado via ligação não fui atendido, chamei pelo número do WhatsApp foi um atendimento automático que me direcionou pra alguém chamado Rodolfo que demorou bastante para responder, quando respondeu disse que iria passar meu contato pra um corretor, mas ninguém entrou em contato passados 2 dias mandei nova mensagem e não obtive resposta por diversas vezes este Rodolfo estava online simplesmente ignorou, tentei ir até o local mas não atenderam pois era hora do almoço acredito que não tinha ninguém mas é o horário que tenho disponibilidade, peguei um outro número de whatsapp mas também não me responderam, aí fica complicado os proprietários as vezes deixam de alugar algum imóvel por conta da imobiliária que não atende o cliente e isso que fui atrás de diversas formas mas é difícil parece até serviço público, deve tá bem fácil alugar imóvel hoje em dia pelo jeito tá chovendo cliente não estão dando conta de atender todos satisfatóriamente.
Aparentemente outras pessoas tiveram o mesmo problema e mesmo assim continua acontecendo, deixo aqui minha crítica pra melhorarem e para algum proprietário que tem imóvel nessa imobiliária estar ciente e como alerta para quem pensa em colocar imóvel pra alugar com está empresa!
I made contact by phone here informed via call I was not answered, I called by WhatsApp number it was an automatic service that directed me to someone called Rodolfo who took a long time to answer, when he replied he said he would pass my contact to a broker, but no one got in contact after 2 days I sent a new message and got no response several times this Rodolfo was online he simply ignored it, I tried to go to the place but they didn't answer because it was time for lunch I believe there was nobody but it is the time I have availability, I got another one whatsapp number but they also did not answer me, so it gets complicated, the owners sometimes stop renting some property because of the real estate agent that doesn’t serve the client and that I went after in several ways but it’s difficult it seems like public service, it should be very easy renting property nowadays by the way it's raining client are not able to satisfy everyone satisfactorily.
Apparently other people had the same problem and even so it continues to happen, I leave my criticism here to improve and for any owner who has property in this real estate to be aware and as an alert for anyone thinking of putting property to rent with this company!
