★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chalé Sol de Boracéia e a melhor hospedagem que eu e meu esposo já conhecemos, casa e ótima tem quase tudo dentro, os quartos tem 1 cama de casal e uma tribeliche, cozinha tem fogão, geladeira, mesa, cafeteira, talheres etc... banheiro completo e bem limpo, e tem um espaço pra fazer churrasco. A praia fica pertinho do outro lado da avenida principal, praia e limpa e muito bonita. E ótimo para casal ou família tudo perfeito. Sem dúvida eu voltarei com minha família. Muito obrigada Fernanda pela sua hospedagem.
Chalé Sol de Boracéia and the best accommodation that my husband and I have ever known, the house is great and has almost everything inside, the rooms have 1 double bed and a tribeliche, kitchen has stove, refrigerator, table, coffee maker, cutlery etc ... complete bathroom and very clean, and has a space for barbecue. The beach is very close to the other side of the main avenue, the beach is clean and very beautiful. Perfect for a couple or family. I will definitely return with my family. Thank you very much Fernanda for your hosting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nossa experiência aqui no Chalé Sol de Boracéia foi bastante insatisfatória. O chalé demorou a ser liberado, portanto tivemos de esperar algumas horas para poder realizar o check-in, mesmo chegando na hora correta (14h). Isso não foi um grande problema, porém no nosso chalé faltou água e o problema não foi resolvido. Acabamos ficando 24h sem água nem para tomar banho ou dar a descarga do banheiro, também não conseguimos cozinhar. Alguns outros detalhes também deixaram a desejar, como por exemplo, haviam algumas formigas nos talheres da cozinha.
A proprietária Fernanda não estava no local, que dificultou um pouco mais a comunicação e a resolução de problemas. Ao final da diária acabei saindo de lá e indo para outro local. Para mim, faltou profissionalismo no momento de lidar com os problemas relatados e também na comunicação conosco, em geral.
Creio que não seja sempre assim no Chalé Sol de Boracéia, porém infelizmente nós não saímos de lá satisfeitos. Agradeço a cordialidade da Fernanda e da Fran. Enquanto não melhorarem em todos estes aspectos, não recomendo a estadia.

Unfortunately our experience here at Chalé Sol de Boracéia was quite unsatisfactory. The chalet took a while to be released, so we had to wait a few hours to be able to check-in, even though we arrived at the correct time (2 pm). This was not a big problem, but our chalet lacked water and the problem was not resolved. We ended up staying 24 hours without water, not even to shower or flush the toilet, we couldn't cook either. Some other details also left something to be desired, such as, for example, there were some ants on the kitchen cutlery.
The owner Fernanda was not there, which made communication and problem solving a little more difficult. At the end of the day I ended up leaving there and going to another place. For me, there was a lack of professionalism when dealing with the reported problems and also in communicating with us in general.
I think it's not always like that at Chalé Sol de Boracéia, but unfortunately we didn't leave satisfied. I thank Fernanda and Fran for their cordiality. Until they improve in all these aspects, I do not recommend the stay.
