★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar lindo, de difícil acesso, mas de natureza exuberante, tem muito potencial, a dona é uma simpatia, mas deixa muito a desejar na administração da pousada.
Durante a minha estadia o chuveiro não esquentava a água, o ventilador era lento e ruim, houve falta de água na caixa, piscina suja (não conseguimos usar a piscina durante os 3 dias que ficamos), e wifi desligada a noite.
Não há manutenção de limpeza no chalé, e não há material para que a limpeza e as trocas seja realizada pelos hóspedes.
Me senti uma intrusa, que estava lá de favor, talvez por haver apenas a família dos donos no lugar, transitando, gritando e usufruindo dos espaços.
A beautiful place, difficult to access, but exuberant in nature, it has a lot of potential, the owner is friendly, but leaves much to be desired in the management of the inn.
During my stay the shower did not heat the water, the fan was slow and bad, there was a lack of water in the box, a dirty pool (we were unable to use the pool during the 3 days we stayed), and wifi turned off at night.
There is no cleaning maintenance in the chalet, and there is no material for cleaning and exchanges to be carried out by guests.
I felt like an intruder, who was there in favor, perhaps because there was only the owners' family in the place, walking, shouting and enjoying the spaces.
