★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar lindo, pessoas atenciosas e simpáticas, porém a estrutura dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, precisa de alguns reparos, tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro, mais não impede de curtir o local como um todo, a comida e o café da manhã tbm é muito bom, posso recomendar se vc não se incomodar em relação aos pontos de melhorias informado, e sim voltarei ao local em outra oportunidade.

I STILL CANNOT CONFIRM MY BOOKING THAT WOULD BE FOR THIS WEEKEND !!!!! I bought a weekend, but I'm already worried, it's been two days trying to confirm a RESERVATION on the phones (85) 9'8617-4888 and it only gives OFF or OUTSIDE! PUTZ ..... AND NOW ???

No recomiendo este lugar, este año fui a la primera vez (no volveré más a este sitio) tuve un accidente y nadie me atendió, fue así: Salí de tomar baño de la cascada y fui a la ducha a limpiarme para ir almorzar, estaba tomando baño en la ducha cuando me resbalé, caí de espadas y golpeé la parte de atrás de la cabeza contra una piedra, nadie me socorrió, ningún funcionario, ni el encargado del lugar, absolutamente ningún funcionario de este me socorrió, gracias a Dios estaba con mi novia que me ayudo como puedo. Este lugar es peligroso y no tiene sentido de la responsabilidad y de SEGURIDAD que es lo más importante, así que NO RECOMIENDO este lugar, y si van a ir, por favor, TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO.

I do not recommend this place, this year I went to the first time (I will not return to this place anymore) I had an accident and no one attended to me, it was like this: I went out to take a bath in the waterfall and went to the shower to clean myself for lunch, I was taking a bath in the shower when I slipped, fell from swords and hit the back of the head against a stone, no one helped me, no official, or the manager of the place, absolutely no official of this helped me, thank God I was with my girlfriend who helped me how I can. This place is dangerous and has no sense of responsibility and SAFETY which is the most important thing, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, and if you are going, please BE VERY CAREFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada deveria passar por reformas, pois na área onde deixam os carros, existe umas "crateras" que os carros que não tem tração 4x4 não suportam.
☆Pontos Negativos:
•O quarto onde me hospedei não tinha água na torneira da "cozinha", quando perguntei se era "normal" estar sem água, falaram que era por causa que estava com vazamento e fecharam a geral.
•Não tinha lâmpada pra podermos enchergar algo na cozinha.
•Paredes do quarto com manchas de sapatos, como se tivessem matando algo lá e até tem uma mancha de rã na parede, como se ela tivesse sido esmagada.
• No banheiro há itens enferrujados, falta uma lâmpada que ilumina o espelho do banheiro que poderia fazer diferença no ambiente.
• Janela do banheiro está quebrada e colocaram uma sacola com fita adesiva.
• Corrimão que dá acesso ao restaurante e outras dependências está completamente enferrujado.
• Playground kids está se deteriorando, precisa de algumas ajustes ( pra não falar que necessita de outros equipamentos ).
☆Pontos Positivos:
• Lugar belíssimo.
• Pessoas bastantes atenciosas.
• Piso do ambiente limpo.
• Lugar aconchegante.
• Ótimo para explorar a natureza.

☆ Negative Points:
• The room where I stayed had no water in the "kitchen" tap, when I asked if it was "normal" to be without water, they said it was because it was leaking and closed the general.

• In the bathroom there are rusty items, missing a light bulb that illuminates the bathroom mirror that could make a difference in the environment.
• Bathroom window is broken and they have put a bag with tape.
• Handrail giving access to the restaurant and other outbuildings is completely rusty.
• Playground kids are deteriorating, need some adjustments (not to mention that you need other equipment).

• Beautiful place.
• Very thoughtful people.
• Floor clean environment.
• Cozy place.
• Great for exploring nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem gosta de simplicidade é uma ótima pedida. O hotel oferece uma vista linda da serra e no seu espaço temos acesso as cachoeiras. O restaurante do hotel atende no espaço das cachoeiras e funciona até às 19hs e oferece wi-fi p hóspedes. Os quartos são bem simples: têm cama, frigobar, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico, ventilador (a noite faz bastante frio então nem sentimos falta de ar condicionado) mas não tem tv. Apesar de simples, os quartos são bem aconchegantes. Eles TB oferecem aluguel de redes a preços simbólicos. O café da manhã é variado (pão, tapioca, café, sucos, frutas). Recomendo a quem for ao hotel e desejar visitar Guaramiranga, vá de transporte próprio. O hotel fica a 20 min do centro de Guaramiranga e o acesso é por uma estrada de pedras pouco iluminada.
For those who like simplicity is a great choice. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the mountains and in its space we have access to waterfalls. The hotel restaurant serves in the waterfalls area and is open until 7 pm and offers wifi for guests. The rooms are very simple: they have bed, minibar, bathroom with electric shower, fan (at night it is very cold so we don't even miss air conditioning) but no tv. Although simple, the rooms are very cozy. They offer network rentals at symbolic prices. The breakfast is varied (bread, tapioca, coffee, juices, fruits). I recommend to anyone who goes to the hotel and wants to visit Guaramiranga, go by own transport. The hotel is 20 minutes from the center of Guaramiranga and is accessed by a dimly lit stone road.
