★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento o Chalés Céu e Mar há 8 anos e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos.
Mas infelizmente nessa última vez que fomos, o atendimento foi péssimo.
Desde o momento que chegamos, já fiquei com vontade de ir embora.
Por termos reservado os dois chalés do lado superior da piscina, o atendente disse que não tínhamos direito a vaga no estacionamento, e que só nos deixaria estacionar os carros nas vagas, porque ainda não tinham outros carros no momento.
Fora outras situações e o jeito grosseiro de responder o cliente.
Do local não tenho o que reclamar, mas do atendimento...
I have been attending Chalés Céu e Mar for 8 years and we have always been very well attended.
But unfortunately the last time we went, the service was terrible.
From the moment we arrived, I felt like leaving.
Because we had booked the two cottages on the upper side of the pool, the attendant said that we were not entitled to a parking space, and that he would only let us park our cars in the spaces, as there were no other cars at the time.
Aside from other situations and the rude way of responding to the customer.
I have nothing to complain about the location, but about the service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O chalé é bacana, precisa de alguns reparos para ficar ótimo, em relação ao Wi-Fi é péssimo.
Uma situação que foi bem desagradável tbm, é que combinei de pagar a taxa para poder fazer o check-in a partir das 9:00 ao invés das 16:00h, porém chegamos as 11:00 e chegando na Recepção o Rapaz pouco simpático , nos informa que o Chalé não está limpo que o Check-in é somente às 16h, que teríamos que aguardar eles limparem para podermos entrar. Acredito que tenha sido falta de comunicação da Proprietária do Chalé, com o casal que trabalha na Recepção de não ter informado que iríamos entrar mais cedo. Enfim isso gerou uma experiência negativa e desagradável com o Chalé Céu e Mar, não pretendo me hospedar novamente!
The chalet is nice, needs some repairs to look great, in relation to Wi-Fi it is terrible.
A situation that was very unpleasant too, is that I agreed to pay the fee to be able to check in from 9:00 am instead of 4:00 pm, but we arrived at 11:00 am and arriving at the Reception, the little nice guy, informs us that the Chalet is not clean that Check-in is only at 4 pm, that we would have to wait for them to clean before we could enter. I believe it was the Chalet Owner's lack of communication with the couple who works at the Reception for not having informed us that we were going to enter earlier. Anyway, this generated a negative and unpleasant experience with Chalet Céu e Mar, I don't intend to stay again!

Excellent structure, complete, clean and airy chalets, air conditioning, fans, kitchen and pool items to enjoy the end of the day. Easy location, close to the beach, close to places such as a market, pharmacy and even a health clinic.

I loved everything about this place. The chalet is super clean, wonderful place near the beach. Not to mention the reception of Dona Ana and her husband, who were super previous with us, wonderful people, I will come back more often. The pool is a 10 I loved everything thank you Dona Ana and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não temos o que reclamar, lugar perfeito, limpo e organizado, fui com o meu marido e meus 2 filhos e adoramos tudo. Cozinha com tudo o que precisava mos usar. Fomos pela 1°vez ficamos 5 dias e com certeza voltaremos novamente.
We have nothing to complain about, perfect place, clean and organized, I went with my husband and 2 children and we loved everything. Kitchen with everything we needed to use. We went for the 1st time we stayed 5 days and we will definitely come back again.
