Só aluga por fiador, isso se o mesmo tiver 2 imóveis, ou seguro fiança, aí infelizmente algumas pessoas que por um motivo ou outro não tem a ficha aprovada, não aluga. Mostrei 22 meses de aluguel do imóvel atual pago em dia, mostrei contas de luz paga, mostrei faturamento, mostrei tudo que mostrei para a atual, e mesmo assim não aceitam depósito. Lamentável para o dono que em plena pandemia a imobiliária que está com 90 imóveis para alugar, não facilita.
