Entreguei a documentação da minha filha, na pasta original, quando fui buscar, para levar a outro dentista, a surpresa, haviam jogado fora a pasta e colocaram os documentos dentro de uma pasta de papel. Fui na clínica, conversei com a "dra Lygia"(muito estúpida aliás), se alterou e me deu uma pasta preta com saquinhos e o nome da minha filha impresso na hora. Achou normal jogar fora o que não é dela. Difícil assim, fez eu chamá-la de Dra... Mas quando fui fechar plano lá, Lygia bastava. Não recomendo à ninguém. E caso você vá lá, guarde sua pasta original, caso contrário, vão jogar fora.
Terrible. I handed over my daughter's documentation, in the original folder, when I went to get it, to take it to another dentist, the surprise, they had thrown the folder away and put the documents inside a paper folder. I went to the clinic, talked to "Dr. Lygia" (very stupid, in fact), changed and gave me a black folder with little bags and my daughter's name printed on the spot. She found it normal to throw away what is not hers. Difficult like that, I made her call her Dra ... But when I went to close the plan there, Lygia was enough. I don't recommend it to anyone. And if you go there, keep your original folder, otherwise, they will throw it away.

Os doutores Charleston, Lygia e a equipe são extremamente competentes e muito atenciosos.
