★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Liguei e a atendente informou que estava aberto e que poderíamos nos dirigir até lá, contudo, ao chegar lá fomos informados de que o chaveiro não estava lá e que não tinha hora exata para chegar. Situação desagradável tendo em vista minha urgência.
 Terrible. I called and the attendant informed me that it was open and that we could go there, however, when we got there we were informed that the locksmith was not there and that there was no exact time to arrive. Unpleasant situation in view of my urgency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui desrespeitado na ligação pela atendente, além de me informar um preço e aproveitando da minha urgência tentaram me cobrar mais caro depois de demorar 40 minutos pra chegar. Não prestam.
I was disrespected on the call by the attendant, in addition to informing me of a price and taking advantage of my urgency, they tried to charge me more after taking 40 minutes to arrive. They're no good.

I must have been unlucky because I called out of hours and they told me another locksmith. At the time I called I was also informed that I would have the service only via insurance because it was late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente precisei de um cópia e pessoa que estava lá não fazia cópia e me informou que o rapaz que faz a cópia estava na rua, "andando por ai"! Qual a lógica de ser 24hrs se no domingo, 20hrs a pessoa está andando pelo centro, e não trabalhando???♂️ péssimo atendimento pessoal e por telefone. Se não tem a capacidade de funcionar 24hrs, não abrem, isso é propaganda enganosa.
I simply needed a copy and the person who was there did not make a copy and informed me that the copy boy was on the street, "walking around"! What is the logic of being 24hrs if on Sunday, 20hrs the person is walking through the center, and not working? Terrible personal service and over the phone. If it does not have the ability to run 24hrs, do not open, this is misleading advertisement.

Não deixava eu explicar o problema e, após a conversa agradeci e enquanto desligava ela começou a reclamar com algum colega de mim, falando que eu não entendo nada e não deixava ela explicar. Pelo que sei tem-se que escutar antes de poder explicar. E outra, se eu entendesse desse negócio estava arrumando ao invés de ligar pra uma pessoa que não tem nem capacidade de atender um telefone. Aprenda a apreciar o cliente antes de estar tão certa de tudo. Além disso, não é 24h para tudo, o que eu queria (codificação de chave automotiva) só na 2a feira teria alguém, então propaganda enganosa. E o serviço muito caro, de acordo com o valor que ela passou. Consegui um preço bem melhor. Então fujam desses enrolados sem educação!
Attendant trash, called Vanessa. She didn't let me explain the problem and, after the conversation, I thanked her and while she hung up she started complaining to a colleague of mine, saying that I don't understand anything and didn't let her explain. As far as I know, you have to listen before you can explain. And another, if I knew about this business, I was fixing it instead of calling a person who doesn't even have the ability to answer a phone. Learn to appreciate the customer before you are so sure of everything. Besides, it is not 24h for everything, what I wanted (automotive key encoding) only on Monday would someone, then misleading advertisement. And the service is very expensive, according to the amount she spent. I got a much better price. So run away from these tangles without education!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for a unidade da Amazonas e até razoável vc acha diversos tipo de modelos de chave e controles.
Porém eu não tive uma experiência legal segunda vez que vou lá é não acho a opção que precisava (primeira fui fazer cópia de chave eles não tinha o modelo que queria aí terminei indo no Mercado Central e a segunda foi controle de portão)
If it is the unit of Amazonas and even reasonable, you will find several types of models of switches and controls.
But I didn't have a nice experience the second time I go there I don't think the option I needed (first I went to make a copy of the key they didn't have the model I wanted then I ended up going to the Central Market and the second was gate control)
