Bem chato isso.
Tem que ser claro no telefone para o cliente não se sentir enrolado.
Prazo foi cumprido e serviço de carimbo foi bom.
Service leaves much to be desired. Easy access.
I called earlier on the phone and was given a price. Arriving there price was higher, but after questioning it was readjusted "for me".
Well boring it.
It has to be clear on the phone so the customer does not feel curled up.
Deadline was met and stamping service was good.

The service was reasonable, the guy aesthetically damaged the housing of the pocketknife key because he didn't know how to open it, besides having damaged its sticker. The amount charged was fair.
