Contratamos o serviço de cópia de uma chave e o prestador de serviço utilizou grafite na nossa fechadura nova.
Agora a fechadura "arranha" ao girar, e o fabricante Stam nos respondeu que não se deve usar grafite nas fechaduras da Stam, pois o grafite forma uma pasta em contato com o óleo, desgasta as peças e pode causar travamento da fechadura.
Unfortunately we had a negative experience.
We contracted a key copy service and the service provider used graffiti in our new lock.
Now the lock "scratches" when turning, and the manufacturer Stam told us that graphite should not be used in Stam locks, as the graphite forms a paste in contact with the oil, wears out the parts and can cause the lock to lock.
