★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pontos positivos do condomínio é que tem ônibus e vans para todos os lados, seja sentindo linha amarela, barra, rocinha, Gávea, são Conrado, centro. Tem prédios novos e de tamanhos consideráveis. Para quem gosta e ama pets e permitido. E não menos importante, o local é limpinho.
Os pontos negativos são: quando chove alaga muito a frente, não são todos os ubers que entram, alguns esperam ou marcam em pontos próximos, pra quem vai em direção ao rio das pedras é um inferno o engarrafamento.
