★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim! Deixei meu relógio para trocar bateria e voltou com a pulseira quase por arrebentar, solicitei o conserto mandaram para avaliação e me cobraram 180 reais, não autorizei. E estou com meu relógio e a pulseira quase arrebentando! Foi bom e voltou ruim! Sempre comprei produtos dessa loja agora vou repensar essa questão!
 Bad! I left my watch to change the battery and came back with the bracelet almost to break, I asked for the repair sent for evaluation and charged me 180 reais, I did not authorize. And I have my watch and the bracelet almost bursting! It was good and it came back bad! I always bought products from this store now I will rethink this issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiquei dez minutos, junto com minhas duas filhas, sentada esperando ser atendida. Fui ignorada. Nestes 10 minutos chegou um casal que recebeu atenção das vendedoras pedindo para aguardar, o que não aconteceu comigo. Depois chegou uma senhora que também sentou para aguardar atendimento. Quando ela foi atendida antes de mim, me retirei da loja, pois achei desaforo. Fui direto para a Vivara do Shopping Metropolitano e fui super bem atendida. Comprei todos os presentes da minha filha lá. Azar da Vivara do Barrashopping.
Terrible attendance. I spent ten minutes with my two daughters sitting waiting to be answered. I was ignored. In these 10 minutes came a couple who received attention from the salespeople asking to wait, which did not happen to me. Then came a lady who also sat to wait for attendance. When she was answered before me, I left the store because I found it dislike. I went straight to Vivara from Shopping Metropolitano and was very well attended. I bought all my daughter's gifts there. Bad luck Vivara do Barrashopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui comprar a aliança o atendimento foi espetacular, fui atendido pela Luciana que ajudou em tudo, foi super solicita, nota mil!
Porém 2 dias depois precisei trocar os tamanhos da aliança e ao chegar na loja a Luciana não estava e fomos muito mal atendidos, nos deixaram esperando sem falar nada além de "aguarda um mim que já venho atender vcs". Esse minuto virou 30 mim, não nos ofereceram nada e tão pouco se preocuparam em nos posicionar sobre a espera.
Notei que por ser troca não fomos prioridade e que a prioridade é apenas para os que vão comprar.
Em função disso vamos atrás de outra unidade para realizar a troca.
Sugestão é procurar pela Luciana e se ela não estiver, procurem outra loja.
When I went to buy the alliance the service was spectacular, I was attended by Luciana who helped in everything, was super solicits, grade one!
But 2 days later I needed to change the sizes of the ring and when arriving at the store Luciana was not and we were very poorly attended, left us waiting without saying anything but "waiting for me that I come to meet you". That minute turned 30 me, they offered us nothing and they didn't bother to position us on hold.
I noticed that because it was exchange we were not a priority and that the priority is only for those who will buy.
Because of this we go after another unit to perform the exchange.
Suggestion is to look for Luciana and if she is not, look for another store.
