★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem um pingo de educação vem na entrega faz mou zuada na porta do basta da uma buzina já sabemos que e entrega toda vez e que peço e a mesma coisa já cheguei descutir com motoca a respeito disso e por conta do horário eh
Hoje faltou pouco perder minha cabeça enfim são péssimos e eu não vou pedir mais....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores atendimento pedi um pastel outro dia carne com queijo queijo que não existe , na entrega nem sacola tinha , meu filho recebeu na portaria do apartamento caiu no chão quando o motoboy fez a entrega não recomendo pra ninguém.
One of the worst service I asked for a pastel the other day meat with cheese cheese that doesn't exist, on delivery there wasn't even a bag, my son received it at the apartment concierge he fell to the floor when the motoboy made the delivery I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento qualidade zero perde cliente atoa não recomendo pra ninguém demora na entrega de uma pizza o cara liga o forno as 18:30 assa a pizza no forno gelado , pizza ficou horrível sem falar no pastel outro dia .
Terrible service zero quality loses customer I don't recommend it to anyone delay in delivery of a pizza the guy turns on the oven at 18:30 bakes the pizza in the cold oven, pizza was horrible not to mention the pastel the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço lanches e etc e gosto, mas na hora da pra entrega é um desrespeito. Toda vez ficam buzinando até abrirmos o portão mesmo a gente avisando que já está saindo. Hoje em específico coloquei na observação pra não ficarem buzinando pq já era mais de uma da manhã e de propósito eles buzinaram até o fim, gritaram e ainda bateram no portão (isso enquanto abriamos a porta e descemos a escada/ em menos de 1 minuto), uma falta de respeito, estão fazendo entrega na casa de famílias e não em um baile. Liguei para fazer a reclamação e o responsável falou que não poderia atender o telefone. Engraçado que podem faltar com respeito com o cliente dessa forma né!?
I always order snacks and etc and I like it, but when it's time for delivery it's disrespectful. Every time they honk until we open the gate even though we tell them they're leaving. Today in particular I put it on observation so they wouldn't be honking because it was after one in the morning and on purpose they honked until the end, shouted and even knocked on the gate (this while we opened the door and went down the stairs / in less than 1 minute) , a lack of respect, are delivering to families and not to a dance. I called to complain and the person in charge said he couldn't answer the phone. Funny that they can be disrespectful to the customer like that, right!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da rapidez do atendimento, mas poxa que pastel péssimo. Pedi um pastel de pizza neste exato momento e me mandam pastel de queijo com orégano e tomate ??? Cadê o presunto? Se não tem avisa peço outro agora queijo tomate e orégano não né. E podiam ter enviado pelo menos uns ketchup não enviaram nada ??
I like the speed of service, but damn pastel. I ordered a pizza pie at this exact moment and they send me a cheese pastry with oregano and tomato ??? Where's the ham? If you don't have one, let me ask for another tomato and oregano cheese now, right. And they could have sent at least some ketchup, they didn't send anything ??
