★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.. colocam valores indevidos no condomínio. Falta de organização. Não atendem os condôminos. Você liga, ninguém atende, manda e-mail ninguém responde. Estou com um valor indevido em meu condomínio e não consigo nenhum contato para me ajudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietário de 2 apartamentos no reserva terra branca onde a Chedalgus faz a administração, por 3 vezes contatei o sindico sob a falta de higiene que os funcionários da limpeza da Chedalgus faz, exemplo limpar o chão e o elevador com o mesmo pano dando contaminação cruzada ainda mais nessa situação de covid-19, o sindico cobra o supervisor Marcelo que nada faz, tenho fotos de pelo ou cabelo nos botões do acionamento do elevador onde se tem contato direto e eu mesmo já presenciei o pessoal da limpeza fazendo isso, fora o álcool que utilizam para limpeza é o 46% e pela ANVISA teria que ser o 70% para desinfecção, portanto se você quiser uma empresa para administrar seu condomínio e que tenha higiene e funcionários treinados para isso corra da Chedalgus, tenho fotos e conversas pelo WhatsApp de toda essa ocorrência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia alguns anos que não visitava a chedalgus, estive ontem na Empresa fui atendido pelo Sr. Erlom , fiquei surpreso com as instalações, reflete os deptos. Modernos e fica muito claro para quem chega um ambiente muito organizado... Parabéns execelente e agradável ambiente!!!???????

Deixam seus inquilinos nas mãos quando mais precisam, não oferecem um serviço adequado que se alinhe com o valor pago do condomínio, zeladora nunca nem vi, não conheço. UM CAOS TOTAL!
WORST ADMINISTRATION THERE IS!

Já reside em apartamento administrado pela mesma, e agora em condomínio de casas, realmente nada a reclamar, pelo contrário só elogiar. Principalmente a gerente Laila (super eficiente e prestativa), e a equipe fantástica que trabalha atualmente no condomínio Villa de León. Parabéns!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Srs. Moradores, quando forem fazer uma mudança, favor verificar se o estatuto do condomínio prevê taxa de mudança pois isso não é de decisão da administradora.
Se faltar na assembleia do condomínio você terá de se submeter ao que foi determinado pelos outros proprietários, isso inclui taxa de mudança, aumento da taxa de condomínio, e legislação interna.
Por isso, não falte, é uma vez por ano e faz interfere muito na sua vida.
