Estão cobrando uma dívida que não existe, Não devo nada vocês! colocam robôs para ligarem o dia inteiro, sendo que nem dívida eu tenho A pior empresa de cobrança do país não respeitam as pessoas cobram dívidas inexistentes cansada de vocês vou processar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, me propuseram um acordo junto a outra empresa onde eu tinha um débito, realizei o pagamento, mas eles não acertam junto a outra empresa. Falei com mais de 6 pessoas e já são mais de 3 meses sendo enrolado. Deveria poder colocar zero estrela pra eles.
Terrible company, they offered me an agreement with another company where I had a debt, I made the payment, but they do not agree with another company. I spoke to more than 6 people and it's been more than 3 months being rolled. I should be able to give them zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles estão me ligando a ums 2 anos para falar com um bruno que não sou eu e não tem ninguém com este nome na minha casa eu já avisei que não tem ninguém com este nome já perdi a conta de quantas vezes já falei para tirar meu número do cadastro eles dizem que vão tirar e não tiram e continua tudo igual me ligando todos os dias será que nosso Brasil não tem lei para isto como pode uma desorganização desta e perdendo tempo deles e o meu até quando ? Não sei mais oque fazer !!!!
They've been calling me for about 2 years to talk to a bruno who's not me and there's no one with that name in my house I already warned you that there's no one with that name I've lost count of how many times I've told them to take my number from the register they say they are going to take it out and they don't take it out and it's still the same calling me every day maybe our Brazil doesn't have a law for this how can a disorganization like this and wasting their time and mine until when? Uma empresa completamente desorganizada, contratam novatos despreparados e colocam robôs para ligarem o dia inteiro, sendo que nem dívida eu tenho com eles! A pior empresa de cobrança do país! Não respeitam as pessoas! Cobram dívidas inexistentes, o que é crime! Uma verdadeira vergonha esta empresa!!!!!
They've been calling me for 4 days, more than 20 calls a day! They are charging a debt that doesn't exist! I owe nothing! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou funcionária da empresa há1 ano e 8 meses, mas no momento estou enfrentando alguns problemas pessoais, então resolvi procurar a liderança para solicitar o desligue. Mas questionei se a empresa fazia algum acordo de desligamento ( O que seria bom para ambos, já que estou afastada, logo meu rendimento não está sendo satisfatório.), o supervisor me levou até a gerência para sanar a dúvida, porém fui mal recebida pelo gerente, ele informou que a empresa não faria o acordo (até aí tudo bem, é um direito.) e tentou me induzir a pedir demissão. Me ofendeu dizendo que eu era desonesta por usar atestado, e que se dependesse dele, não me desligaria. Foi extremamente grosseiro, voltei para casa chorando, pois sempre fui muito bem acolhida na empresa, inclusive a empresa que promove campanhas à favor da saúde mental. Enfim, ele não faz jus a empresa na qual trabalha, e infelizmente por ''gestores'' assim, a empresa tem se tornado um ambiente tóxico aos colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um problema sério com esse escritório. Eles estão me ligando TODOS os dias, 5 vezes por dia, e estão atrás de uma tal Elisangela. Já fiz uma reclamação na ouvidoria do escritório e eles persistem em ligar.
Absurdo. A minha linha telefônica é antiguíssima e se um dia foi da tal Elisangela, essa dívida já esta prescrita há pelo menos 10 anos.
I have a serious problem with this office. They're calling me EVERY day, 5 times a day, and they're after an Elisangela. I have already made a complaint to the office ombudsman and they persist in calling.
Absurd. My telephone line is very old and if one day it was from that Elisangela, that debt has already expired for at least 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligam mais de 10 vezes no dia TODOS os dias a pelo menos 3 meses pra cobrar outra pessoa e falam que não podem tirar meu número do cadastro.
Mas últimas vezes além da atendente ser grossa quando peço pra falar com o superior dela desliga na mina cara.
Vou entrar conta processo.
Atualização. Depois de reclamar no reclame aqui me ligaram e resolveram... ou foi porque comecei a reclamar em todas as redes sociais deles
They call me more than 10 times a day EVERY day for at least 3 months to charge someone else and say they can't remove my number from their registration.
But last few times, besides the attendant being rude, when I ask to speak to her superior, she hangs up on my face.

Update. After complaining in the advertisement here, they called me and solved it... or it was because I started complaining on all their social networks
