★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui duas vezes com minha esposa. Pedi o básico: pão de queijo, café com leite, capuccino e misto quente. O pão de queijo é bom, mas o restante não é tão bom assim. É ok. Certamente não vale o preço pago. Mas o pior de tudo é a demora no atendimento mesmo se o lugar está vazio. Das duas vezes que fui, houve demora para os pedidos chegarem além do normal. Apesar do ambiente agradável e a simpatia dos atendentes, a demora faz tudo ficar pior.
I went twice with my wife. I ordered the basics: cheese bread, coffee with milk, cappuccino and hot mixed. The cheese bread is good, but the rest is not so good. It's ok. Certainly not worth the price paid. But worst of all is the delay in service even if the place is empty. The two times I went, there was a delay for orders to arrive later than usual. Despite the pleasant atmosphere and the friendliness of the attendants, the delay makes everything worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço a loja desde do início, sempre bem atendido, porém hj dia 3/12/2021, uma total falta de treinamento da equipe fez com qua a minha familia levace 39 minutos para ser atendida, com uma porção de pão de queijo, um sanduiche de cooke com sorvwte e um sanduiche de wafel com queijo minas, estava tudo gostoso, mas a bateção de cabeça da enorme equipe era grande. Não vou deixar de frequentar o local, até mesmo pq vi o impenho da dona para tentar fazer a equipe dar co ta dos pedidos.
I know the store since the beginning, always well serviced, but today on 12/3/2021, a total lack of team training meant that my family took 39 minutes to be served, with a portion of cheese bread, a sandwich of cooke with sorbet and a wafel sandwich with Minas cheese, everything was delicious, but the head banging of the huge team was great. I won't stop going to the place, even because I saw the owner's effort to try to get the team to quote the orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRODUTOS EXCELENTES! Viciei no Melaço - waffle de pão de queijo com queijo maçaricado em cima e melaço, que troco por doce de leite - tudo é muito gostoso e o preço é de acordo. Só precisam melhorar no atendimento. Os pedidos costumam demorar, apesar do grande número de funcionários. Observo que as funcionárias perdem muito tempo conversando quando há clientes ainda aguardando para fazer pedido.
Melhorando o atendimento vai ser TOP
EXCELLENT PRODUCTS! I'm addicted to Molasses - cheese bread waffle with cheese sprinkled on top and molasses, which I exchange for dulce de leche - everything is very tasty and the price is right. They just need to improve their service. Orders usually take time, despite the large number of employees. I observe that employees spend a lot of time talking when there are customers still waiting to place an order.
