Quando compramos um veículo, com muito suor, temos a expectativa de que o veículo seja muito bem zelado pela marca que depositamos a confiança em suas manutenções.
Hoje – dia 22/04, constatei que o tanque do meu veículo Onix – Turbo – Automático, em mais uma troca e reparo nesta concessionária, estava com arranhões simplesmente pela falta de zelo ao ser posto no chão sem nenhuma proteção ou cuidado maior. Mas para o meu absurdo, o que mais me chocou foi a fala do senhor Balu como é conhecido dentro da concessionária, gerente de pós venda da casa que ao ter ciência do fato, simplesmente disse a minha pessoa que: isso não vai afetar o veículo em nada e ninguém vai ver.
Profissionais do setor automobilístico atuando com descaso aos veículos.

Today - 04/22, I found that the tank of my Onix - Turbo - Automatic vehicle, in another exchange and repair at this dealership, had scratches simply due to lack of zeal when placed on the ground without any protection or greater care. But to my absurdity, what shocked me the most was the speech of Mr. Balu as he is known within the dealership, the after-sales manager of the house who, upon being aware of the fact, simply told my person that: this will not affect the vehicle in nothing and no one will see.
