â â â â â Como algo a melhorar seria o tempo de espera, mesmo com revisĂŁo marcada acabei esperando mais de 1 hora apenas pra ser atendido, isso fora do tempo agendado. E quando fui resolver um problema na direção do carro, apenas para um tĂ©cnico diagnosticar o problema para que eu voltasse em um outro momento acabei esperando quase 1 hora pra que apenas o diagnĂłstico fosse feito. Sei que a empresa estĂĄ em mudanças mas como os problemas vistos por mim foram relacionados ao atendimento fica aqui minhas sugestĂ”es de melhoria.
 As something to improve would be the waiting time, even with a scheduled review I ended up waiting more than 1 hour just to be attended, this outside the scheduled time. And when I went to solve a problem in the direction of the car, just for a technician to diagnose the problem so that I could return at another time I ended up waiting almost 1 hour for only the diagnosis to be made. I know that the company is changing but as the problems I saw were related to customer service, here are my suggestions for improvement.

â â â â â Se vc for comprar uma peça e precisar ir de moto, se prepare para estacionar em uma vaga no sol. Uma loja ampla mas que nĂŁo valoriza entregadores e nem funcionĂĄrios. Mas se o cliente for no carro da land rover ou jaguar, vc tem estacionamento na sombra talvez atĂ© dentro da loja. Q vergonha atĂ© mesmo os funcionĂĄrios so faltam estacionar na rua.
If you're going to buy a part and need to go on a motorcycle, get ready to park in a spot in the sun. A large store but that does not value deliverers or employees. But if the customer is in the land rover or jaguar car, you have parking in the shade maybe even inside the store. Ashamed even the employees only lack parking on the street.
