★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre usei materiais da marca, mas estou com problemas com a manutenção de um relógio que já passou por quatro vezes na manutenção. duas ainda na garantia e a ultima ele voltou ontem paguei a troca da maquina pois já estava sem garantia mas hoje as 4:05 ele parou de funcionar. já estou a um ano com esse problema vamos ver até aonde vai isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa, estou 3 meses tentando trocar a bateria do meu relógio, na hora da compra eles falam que a troca da bateria é vitalícia etc, porem quando chega a hora de trocar, eles têm sempre uma desculpa e não trocam! NÃO RECOMENDO.

Quando cheguei não falei que era troca e então me deram toda a atenção do mundo.
Me ofereceram cadeira pra sentar, espelho e várias lambeção de cliente.
Quando falei que era troca, a postura mudou.
Cara feia, má vontade e até que se negaram a trocar o produto alegando que havia marcas no mesmo. Sendo que da forma que eu ganhei, eu levei na loja.
Gerente extremamente arrogante e nem se quer se preocupou em tentar uma solicitação.
Simplesmente me disse que não ia trocar e que eu deveria procurar a loja que me vendeu.
Sendo que foi um presente, e a pessoa comprou no aeroporto da Chilli beans em Salvador.
Portanto,
É tudo por dinheiro e interesse.
