★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência péssima, atendente uma da cabeça cabelo curtinho , muito sem educação com as manicures, manicure e qualquer outra profissional ali exige respeito, todo mundo sem máscara mas a máscara tbm deles que eles fornecem pros profissionais é bem desconfortável, falam alto demais, na verdade gritam né? Se eu pudesse não dava nem uma estrela, precisam melhorar muito, o nome do salão é Chique mas de chique kkk não tem nada!! Não indico gente não mesmo
My terrible experience, an attendant with a short head of hair, very uneducated with the manicures, manicures and any other professional there, demands respect, everyone without a mask, but their mask that they provide to the professionals is very uncomfortable, they talk too loudly, na true scream right? If I could I wouldn't give a star, they need to improve a lot, the name of the salon is Chique but there's nothing chic kkk!! I don't recommend people, not really

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei manicure e pedicure para a última sexta, quando cheguei no salão todas as funcionárias estavam na porta do salão e ninguém se quer veio me atender, imaginei que estavam tomando café e aguardei, depois de 15 minutos de espera chamo alguém e digo que tenho horário, a mesma sai e vai chamar as outras meninas, a manicure que veio fazer a minha unha me questiona se vim fazer teste para manicure, respondi que não, que era cliente e vim fazer a unha. Até aí eu estava disposta a relevar, procurei entender que talvez elas não estivessem acostumadas a ver uma mulher negra como cliente, mas a mesma manicure simplesmente fez um péssimo serviço na minha unha, tive que sair do salão e procurar outro pra fazer a esmaltaçao, formalizei a reclamação via WhatsApp, mas não retorno nunca mais e não recomendo esse salão.
I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for last Friday, when I arrived at the salon all the employees were at the salon door and no one even came to help me, I imagined they were having coffee and I waited, after 15 minutes of waiting I call someone and say I have a schedule , she leaves and goes to call the other girls, the manicurist who came to do my nail asks me if I came to test for a manicure, I said no, that I was a client and I came to have my nails done. Until then I was willing to take it easy, I tried to understand that maybe they weren't used to seeing a black woman as a client, but the same manicurist simply did a terrible job on my nail, I had to leave the salon and look for another one to do the enamelling, I formalized the complaint via WhatsApp, but I will never return and I do not recommend this salon.

Mas as manicures são ótimas!
The atmosphere is nice, but it has a very strong watermelon smell, it hurts your head, and they offer cappuccino for a charge (R$ 8.00)... lol
But the manicures are great!

O salão possui um ambiente agradável e muito descontraído. Me sinto muito à vontade e acolhida aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntei o preço das luzes e a dona me disse que é a partir de 390,00 e que no meu cabelo não seria só esse valor. Então perguntei a média do preço que ficaria o preço das luzes no meu cabelo, a mesma me informou que o procedimento lá é de pesagem do produto, a medida que vai usando o pó descolorante que gastou no cabelo. Logo a dona me apresentou a promoção verão que era 700,00 o pacote completo de luzes, e disse que compensaria eu fazer esse, pois estava na promoção e o outro mais simples ia se aproximar desse valor. Eu disse então que ia fazer esse da promoção. Ao chegar para fazer as luzes da promoção, perguntei o cabeleireiro que se meu cabelo ia ficar o preço de 700,00 da promoção, ele me disse que sim. Ao ir embora e pagar a conta, a moça veio me cobrar o dobro 1490,00 alegando que pesou o pó descolorante e que deu esse valor de produto que gastou no meu cabelo. Achei um absurdo a falta de comunicação e o valor que ficou sendo que tinha confirmado antes de iniciar o procedimento. E ainda não fizeram teste de luzes antes, sendo ter acabado com meu cabelo, onde ficou todo emborrachado e ainda laranjado pós lavagem. Experiência péssima que tive nesse lugar.

When I arrived to do the highlights for the promotion, I asked the hairdresser that if my hair was going to be the price of 700.00 of the promotion, he told me yes. When leaving and paying the bill, the girl came to charge me double 1490.00 claiming that she weighed the bleaching powder and that she gave that product value that she spent on my hair. I found the lack of communication and the amount that was confirmed before starting the procedure to be absurd. And they haven't done a light test before, being that I ended up with my hair, where it was all rubbery and still orange after washing. Bad experience I had at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago I had highlights done. After 3 hours in the chair, my hair appeared fine but as soon as I got home, I realized that it was considerably damaged. I had asked the hair dresser to provide a treatment, but i think she just put on finishing oil to make it look smooth. Now it is so frizzy and hard to brush, I’m afraid that I’ll have to cut it all off in order to salvage it. It’s such a shame because a friend had recommended the place to me, but I believe we had a different hair dresser. I also think that they were trying to hurry up and get me out of the place because I had to ask that they wear a mask and this interfered with their drinking and singing. At that moment, the shop seemed more focused on fun than being responsible, not just as professionals doing hair, but also to stop the spread of covid-19. I honestly felt anxious being in an enclosed place, with no ventilation ( they didn’t even keep open the door) and people being in such proximity.
If you are looking for a place to blow dry and style your hair- then you will probably enjoy such an informal place. But if you want someone who cares about keeping your hair healthy and beautiful, then there are other more professional salons.
