★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei marcar um horário , e a moça que estava no telefone não estava conseguindo escrever o meu nome , tentei soletrar para ela ,ela simplesmente desligou na minha cara, então eu liguei novamente , e ela falou que eu estava fazendo gracinha com a cara dela , eu simplesmente estava tentando soletrar meu sobrenome , e ela ainda não quis marcar minha unha e falou quando eu realmente querer eu ligo depois. Estou chocada pois recebi recomendações de lá , simplesmente eles não quiseram me atender.
I tried to make an appointment, and the girl on the phone was unable to write my name, I tried to spell it out for her, she just hung up on me, so I called again, and she said I was making fun of her, I was just trying to spell my last name, and she still didn't want to mark my nail and spoke when I really wanted to. Não tenho muito parâmetro de preços, apenas de outra cidade (SP) e comparando com lá, a Your é muito mas em conta. Minhas unhas sempre ficam lindas, sobrancelhas idem. Agendamento pelo app deixa tudo mais fácil
The service with me was always impeccable, especially Naiane, Helena, Teka. The owner is always there and accepts ideas and feedback to improve. I don't have much price parameter, just from another city (SP) and compared to there, Your is very affordable. My nails always look beautiful, eyebrows ditto. Scheduling through the app makes everything easier
