Fizemos um pedido de 11 milk shakes 15:00 de hoje e nosso pedido não chegou as 16:20 entramos em contato para ver o que havia acontecido, fomos extremamente mal tratadas por duas funcionárias Alessandra e Yasmin que disseram se quisessemos poderíamos passar na loja para resolver , nem o estorno fizeram pois disseram que estávamos incomodando ao ligarmos.
 Terrible. We placed an order for 11 milkshakes 15:00 today and our order didn’t arrive at 4:20 pm. We got in touch to see what had happened. resolve, neither the chargeback did because they said we were bothering when we called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta cardápios digitais e físicos suficiente para os clientes, mas amooo a franquia e percorro alguns km para me deliciar com o shake mix de menta (um dos meus preferidos), espero que espalhem mais unidades pela capital paulista e região metropolitana.
There is a lack of enough digital and physical menus for customers, but I love the franchise and travel a few kilometers to delight myself with the mint shake mix (one of my favorites), I hope they will spread more units throughout the capital of São Paulo and the metropolitan region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tomei sorvete varias vezes neste local, muito bom, recomendo o sabor de paçoca e o de coco super saborosos sempre quando posso passo la pra tomar um sorvete depois de comer algum lanche!!! As atendentes são super atenciosas e educadas nunca passei nenhuma dificuldade ate agora com nenhuma delas e te ajudam a escolher algum sabor caso esteja indeciso.
I have had ice cream several times in this place, very good, I recommend the flavor of paçoca and coconut super tasty whenever I can stop by to have an ice cream after eating some snack !!! The attendants are super attentive and polite. I have never had any difficulties so far with any of them and they help you choose some flavor if you are undecided.
