★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso, atendentes atenciosas e com sorriso no rosto, doces deliciosos, café gourmet de primeira e com a atenção das proprietárias.
Sem contar o ambiente familiar e muito aconchegante.
Super recomendo.
Wonderful place, attentive attendants with smiles on their faces, delicious sweets, first class gourmet coffee and with the attention of the owners.
Not to mention the familiar and very cozy atmosphere.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a dona e os funcionários não estavam usando máscara, sendo um estabelecimento de comida a dona deveria ser o exemplo para os funcionários. Em todo esse tempo de pandemia foi o primeiro lugar onde fui e não havia o mínimo de cuidado. As funcionárias vindo da cozinha carregando os doces sem máscara e a dona falando ao celular manuseando as xícaras sem máscara. A restrição de horário pode ter acabado, mas os cuidados minimos de higiene não.
Unfortunately, the owner and the employees were not wearing a mask, being a food establishment the owner should be the example for the employees. In all this time of pandemic it was the first place I went and there was not the least bit of care. The employees coming from the kitchen carrying the candy without a mask and the owner talking on her cell phone handling the cups without a mask. The time restriction may be over, but the minimum hygiene care is not.

Que decepção, estava com vontade de comprar um doce saboroso, acabei escolhendo um pedaço de bolo de chocolate embrulhado em um papel com dourado q me chamou atenção Minha maior decepção a hora q cheguei em casa, sabem resto de bolo q sobra na forma e vcs o reaproveitam????? Pois é, era o que parecia esse o bolo q me foi vendido por um preço q seria melhor ter comprado em padaria, q nem de longe condiz com a qualidade, tamanho e apresentação. Olha sinceramente, perdi a vontade de comer e o joguei no lixo, pois parecia resto!!!!!! Decepcionante, vcs deveriam priorizar os produtos e atendimento também. A empresa me respondeu perguntando se queria trocar o produto, mas a vontade q estava era de ter degustado o bolo na hora. Obrigada.
The first and only time, I will not be returning!! What a disappointment, I was in the mood to buy a tasty candy, I ended up choosing a piece of chocolate cake wrapped in paper with gold that caught my attention My biggest disappointment when I got home, you know the rest of the cake that is left in the mold and you guys reuse it????? That's right, that's what it looked like, the cake that was sold to me for a price that would have been better to have bought in a bakery, which doesn't match the quality, size and presentation. Look honestly, I lost the desire to eat and threw it in the trash, because it looked like leftovers!!!!!! Disappointing, you guys should prioritize products and service too. The company answered me asking if I wanted to change the product, but the desire was to have enjoyed the cake right away. Thanks.

Os doces são maravilhosos, meus preferidos são os de ninho com Nutella. Vale a pena conhecer! Sou cliente fixa, não passo uma semana sem dar uma passadinha lá pra conferir as novidades e tomar meu cafezinho. Sou sempre bem recebida e saio de lá satisfeita e alegre.
Choconatty is the place you go to rest and relax having a coffee and a delicious sweet. The space is cozy, welcoming and elegant. The sweets are wonderful, my favorites are nest with Nutella. Worth knowing! I'm a regular customer, I don't spend a week without stopping by to check out the news and have my coffee. I am always well received and I leave satisfied and happy.

Although I no longer live in Pirituba, I always find a way to visit this place. Good coffee, best cakes I've ever eaten, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.

O Choconatty possui um espaço super aconchegante, com bom atendimento, com boa localização, estando perto de mercados, posto de gasolina, padaria, banco e farmácia.
O local possui apenas duas vagas de estacionamento mas é possível parar nas ruas ao redor.
Possui mesas dentro do salão e um pequeno deck no lado externo.
Cardápio com deliciosas bebidas quentes e frias, doces para levar e presentear e doces para o momento.
O local está seguindo todas as regras quanto a prevenção de COVID-19, tendo comunicado de uso de máscaras, álcool em gel 70% e equipe fazendo uso de máscaras - além da quantidade limitada de atendimento devido ao plano São Paulo.
Para quem está na região vale a pena parar e tomar uma bebida deliciosa.
