★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse é o segundo ano que adquiro os produtos da brahma, contudo esse ano me decepcionei ao ponto de dizer que foi o ultimo, em primeiro lugar, adquiri 3 barris para evento no dia 21/12/2021, e como no ano anterior solicitei um em comodato, porém na hora de instalar fui informado de que não teria a possibilidade de deixar o barril como realizado anteriormente, isso me causou transtornos visto que tive que sair correndo para comprar cerveja em lata e gelo. Por volta das 22:30hs a chopeira apresentou problemas, e ao ligar por duas vezes no 0800 fiquei mais de 30 minutos em cada ligação e não fui atendido, demorei muito tempo ate solucionar o problema, e após ter perdido muito produto. Não recomendo, minha experiência foi muito ruim.
This is the second year that I buy brahma's products, however this year I was disappointed to say that it was the last one, in the first place, I purchased 3 barrels for the event on 12/21/2021, and as in the previous year I requested one in lending, but when installing, I was informed that I would not be able to leave the barrel as previously done, this caused me inconvenience as I had to run out to buy canned beer and ice. Around 22:30hs the beer cooler had problems, and when I called twice on 0800, I spent more than 30 minutes on each call and I was not answered, it took me a long time to solve the problem, and after having lost a lot of product. I don't recommend it, my experience was really bad.
