Com toda paciencia, delicadeza, calma e destreza, coletou sangue da nossa pequena sem que ela nao sentisse ou reclamasse. Dizem que os animais sentem quem gosta deles, e podemos afirmar que a Marcelina realmente sentiu esse carinho na Dra Bianca, que transborda amor. A Rafa nos acolhe com tanta simpatia e carinho como nunca vimos igual. Nao trocamos a equipe Vetvitta por nada! A Marcelina ama a Dra Bianca, e nos ainda mais! Our Marcelina is an extremely scared and skittish kitten, we were always afraid to take her to the vet, until we found Dr Bianca. With all patience, delicacy, calm and dexterity, he collected our little one's blood without her not feeling or complaining. They say that animals feel who likes them, and we can say that Marcelina really felt that affection in Dr. Bianca, who overflows with love. O Fred é sempre recebido com carinho e o valor da consulta é justo. Sem contar que os diagnósticos são precisos e os tratamentos pelos quais ele passou, foram eficientes. Eu indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento já na recepção com a Rafaela da atenção para os pets, manda fotos e vídeos quando estão internados, dr Bianca Karoline super atenciosa com nossos inocentes da sache para os animais ficarem calmos enquanto faz os procedimentos e o dr Murilo junto com a esposa dão muito suporte em atendimento de emergência inclusive de domingo é só ligar.
Os exames básico de sangue e raio-X já fazem la mesmo e sai o resultado rapidinho .
Mandaram flores pra casa para consolar nosso coração quando nosso disco voador partir nossa pepita.

Excellent service at the reception with Rafaela who cares for the pets, sends photos and videos when they are hospitalized, Dr Bianca Karoline is super attentive with our innocents from the sachet so that the animals stay calm while doing the procedures and Dr Murilo together with his wife give a lot of support in emergency service including Sundays, just call.
Basic blood tests and X-rays are already done and the result comes out quickly.
They sent flowers home to comfort our hearts when our flying saucer breaks our nugget.
