O local tem uma excelente localização, além de ser bem equipado.  Excellent functional activity space. I found Christian's location on the internet looking for a full functional activity and I loved it. The place has an excellent location as well as being well equipped. Classes are great, with good diversity and Christian is a great professional, always looking for improvement and with dedication to the student. I recommend it to everyone!

Ambiente tranquilo, bem equipado e ventilado. Sensação de estar em casa, o que se torna um ótimo estimulo para não desistir de treinar e manter a saúde em dia. Minha avaliação é a melhor, já que faço meus exercícios há 3 anos, ininterruptamente. Excelente!!!!
Personalized and very versatile training, with small classes, which allows you to reach specific goals established between student and teacher, at any age. Quiet environment, well equipped and ventilated. Feeling of being at home, which becomes a great stimulus not to give up on training and keep your health up to date. My rating is the best, since I've been doing my exercises for 3 years, uninterrupted. Great!!!!

O espaço é ótimo, bem no coração da Praça Saens Pena. Muito bem equipado, aulas bem diversificadas e o Christian é um profissional admirável e mega competente, que procura sempre ajudar os alunos a melhorar seu desempenho. Estou muito satisfeita e agradecida ao Christian.
After closing the studio where I had been working for a while, I went looking for a space where I could continue my training and found the Christian Moreira space, exclusively dedicated to functional activities. The space is great, right in the heart of Saens Pena Square. Very well equipped, very diversified classes and Christian is an admirable and mega competent professional, who always seeks to help students improve their performance. I am very pleased and grateful to Christian.
