★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho estava matriculado desde 2018 na Instituição Chromos, porém desde o início da pandemia estou tendo percalços com a instituição, e infelizmente grande parte dos problemas não foram solucionados pela Supervisão da Unidade de Venda Nova II.
- Ensino da Língua Inglesa é de péssima qualidade, professora do 2 ano A não conduz as aulas de forma proveitosa e ainda culpa os alunos pelo baixo rendimento. A queixa dos pais é unânime e vem desde 2021, até o momento não houve nenhuma melhora e os alunos não aprenderam nada da língua inglesa.
- Prática de Bullying por alguns alunos é comum e a escola faz vista grossa sobre o assunto. Houveram casos graves de luxação de tornozelo, descolamento de retina e sutura na face devido a brincadeiras inapropriadas. A Escola tratou todos os casos como acidentes e até o momento que meu filho estava matriculado não houveram medidas para mitigar esses acontecimentos.
A escola trata alguns alunos e pais de forma privilegiada, já outros são tratados de forma desrespeitosa (que foi meu caso quando questionei sobre a segurança física do meu filho).
A melhor decisão que tive foi mudar de escola, pois a Instituição Chromos trata alguns alunos somente como um número e um boleto que cai no início do mês.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA ESCOLA!

 My son has been enrolled since 2018 at the Chromos Institution, but since the beginning of the pandemic I have been having mishaps with the institution, and unfortunately most of the problems have not been solved by the Supervision of the Venda Nova II Unit.
- Teaching the English language is of poor quality, the 2nd year teacher does not lead the classes in a fruitful way and still blames the students for the low performance. The parents' complaint is unanimous and dates back to 2021, so far there has been no improvement and the students have not learned any English.
- Bullying by some students is common and the school turns a blind eye on the subject. There have been severe cases of ankle dislocation, retinal detachment and suturing of the face due to inappropriate play. The School treated all cases as accidents and until the time my son was enrolled there were no measures to mitigate these events.
The school treats some students and parents in a privileged way, while others are treated disrespectfully (which was my case when I asked about my son's physical safety).
The best decision I had was to change schools, because the Chromos Institution treats some students just like a number and a ticket that drops at the beginning of the month.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!
