A overlock ficou ruim, nem a faca estava cortando o tecido (serviço até simples de fazer) ele não deu garantia do serviço mal feito. Ficou de voltar para arrumar e não veio. Levei noutro técnico mas faço questão de deixar registrado o mau atendimento aqui. Dica do prestador: Se vai até o local fazer ajuste, seja honesto com o que precisa fazer, coloque isso no seu preço e dê a garantia que é direito de quem te chama! Você não estava fazendo uma gentileza aqui, estava trabalhando e foi bem tratado. O barato me saiu caro por sua falta de transparência e profissionalismo.
Came to adjust a galloneira and an overlock Rimoldi. I paid for 2 machines and had only one machine fixed. The overlock was bad, not even the knife was cutting the fabric (a simple job to do) it did not guarantee the poorly done service. He stayed to go back to clean up and didn't come. I took another technician but I make a point of recording the poor service here. Provider's tip: If you go to the place to make an adjustment, be honest with what you need to do, put this in your price and give the guarantee that it is right for whoever calls you! You weren't being kind here, you were working and you were treated well. The cheap cost me dear for its lack of transparency and professionalism.
