Ela fez um curso de 2 horas com a máquina na loja sob a supervisão do Sr. Marcelo.
Ótimo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são ótimos, vale cada centavo que pagamos, mandei primeiro uma janome ultralock a maquina voltou impecável, hj retirei a singer brillance ela tá linda demais. Em breve mandarei para revisão a Zig zag que é da minha mãe. Estou apaixonada pelo trabalho deles. Atendimento nota 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Vendedores péssimos, não te dão atenção, pula de um pra outro e de repente fiquei só, procurando alguém pra me atender. Se está pesquisando, não passe lá... Vai na são Caetano, bem melhor o atendimento lá até pq vc fala até com mecânicos, melhor do que ser atendido por vendedores ruins! Procurei a loja justamente pelas boas avaliações, mas que decepção.
Bad experience! Terrible salespeople, they don't pay attention to you, I jump from one to the other and suddenly I was alone, looking for someone to take care of me. If you're researching, don't go there... Go to São Caetano, much better service there because you even talk to mechanics, better than being served by bad salespeople! I looked for the store precisely because of the good reviews, but what a disappointment.
