★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Após 3 horas esperando e estamos indo dormir sem jantar. O prazo era 35 minutos! Vocês reclamam que restaurante fecha... Eu como cliente lhes digo, que uma empresa vai à falência quando trata seus clientes com tanto desdém e desrespeito.
Motoboy não atende e nem recebe mensagens pelo watsapp, ou seja, fica sem sinal de internet... Como vai encontrar o endereço pela localização?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência negativa, ninguém me atendeu na recepção e qndo fui pedir a carne não me atenderam pois eu estava com um prato diferente.. Pedi para tarar a balança ao qual o gerente encheu de dificuldade... RESULTADO NAO ALMOCEI E AINDA PAGUEI 17,99 POIS USEI UM PRATO ..
Nesta época de pandemia um restaurante se dar ao luxo de perder um cliente eh pq deve estar muito muito bem de clientes né????
Fica a dica, atender com excelência eh uma das soluções para sair de crises ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O churrasco possui cortes tradicionais, talvez pelo horário não tinha mais os especiais. O buffet é variado e a comida é deliciosa. O churrasco estava sem gosto de defumado (assado em carvão)
The barbecue has traditional cuts, maybe because of the time it didn't have the specials anymore. The buffet is varied and the food is delicious. Barbecue tasted like no smoke (cooked over charcoal)

I was very well attended, both the waiter and the manager are attentive. I ordered one of the cheapest dishes and there was a lot of food, very tasty and well presented.
