★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, clinica tem uma estrutura regular, recepção educada, mas muita espera e pouca objetividade, as doutoras não atendem bem, ainda mais se for pelo plano... quando você paga o por fora o atendimento é diferente. Não volto mais nessa clínica, só querem dinheiro, induzem a fazer tratamento fora do plano e cobram procedimento que o plano não cobre.
Bad service, clinic has a regular structure, polite reception, but a lot of waiting and little objectivity, the doctors do not serve well, even more if it is for the plan ... when you pay for the outside the service is different. I don't go back to that clinic anymore, they just want money, they induce to do treatment outside the plan and charge for a procedure that the plan does not cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei muito . Precisava de um reparo no meu dente que está doendo muito e não foi bem assim . No primeiro dia que fui eles mi falaram que meu plano hapivida cobria o canal e a extração , mas quando chegou no dia não foi isso que aconteceu . Não fizeram minha extração e nem o canal
Só fizeram limpar o lugar e deixa meu dente doendo mas ainda . Mi mandaram ir em outra clínica procurar ver se eles cobrem o canal , que eles anteriormente falaram que cobria . E quando você paga você e atendido melhor , quando e no plano eles atendem quando quer e ainda fãs um mal serviço muito mal serviço . Péssimo lugar
I didn't like it very much. I needed a repair on my tooth that is hurting a lot and it wasn't quite like that. The first day I went they told me that my hapivida plan covered the canal and the extraction, but when the day came, that wasn't what happened. Didn't do my extraction and neither did the channel
They just did clean the place and it leaves my tooth aching but still. Mi sent to another clinic to see if they cover the canal, which they previously said covered. And when you pay and you are better served , when and in the plan they serve when you want and even fans a bad service very bad service . bad place
