★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As aulas não são muito técnicas é mais pancadaria, o aluno que tem o primeiro contato com o esporte não indico essa academia. O atendimento é de baixa qualidade pois não explicam com clareza e após eu ter rescindindo meu contrato de 1 ano eles não fazem o reembolso corretamente, temos que ficar ligando e dificilmente atendem. Em geral a avaliação é apenas de uma estrela porque se tivesse como avaliar com 0 esse seria o ideal.

Boa noite, não citei as aulas Muay Thai e quis me referir a dê boxe pelos motivos de poucos horários pelo fato de ter apenas um professor e os alunos de Muay Thai saírem das aulas deles e migrarem pro boxe e exagerar um pouco com os iniciantes, assim como todo lugar ruim tem um ponto positivo a academia de vocês também tem um ponto negativo. O fato da recisão de contrato foi um erro da recepcionista da academia ter feito de o serviço sem atenção nenhuma colocando os dados errados tive que ir novamente na academia e ficar ligando pra corrigir o erro. Ia pagar o valor todo a vista não deixaram e tive que parcelar e agora tendo essa dor de cabeça, o que eu esperava não era uma resposta de vocês rebatendo a minha e sim entrando em contato pra solucionar o meu problema que acaba sendo de vocês. E até agora sem nenhum respaldo apenas com um comentário no Google que não vai agregar e muito menos solucionar o meu problema.

Good night, I didn't mention the Muay Thai classes and I wanted to refer to boxing for the reasons of few hours due to the fact that there is only one teacher and the Muay Thai students leave their classes and migrate to boxing and exaggerate a little with the beginners, just as every bad place has a positive point, your gym also has a negative point. The fact that the contract was terminated was a mistake made by the gym receptionist to have done the service without any attention, putting the wrong data, I had to go to the gym again and keep calling to correct the mistake. I was going to pay the full amount in cash, they didn't let me and I had to pay in installments and now having this headache, what I expected was not a response from you by rebutting mine, but by getting in touch to solve my problem that ends up being yours. And so far without any support, just a comment on Google that will not add, let alone solve my problem.
