★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe aquele atendimento despreparado ? Não sabem o preço, não mostra a academia....mas me responderam rápido por aqui então por este motivo mudei a avaliação. O importante é isso reconhecer o erro e melhorar. Não custa nada ter o preço ali num papel, na parede, onde quer que seja e motivar o funcionário que esta atendendo a conhecer o produto. Obrigado .
You know that unprepared service? They don't know the price, they don't show the gym ... but they answered me quickly around here so for this reason I changed the evaluation. The important thing is that it recognizes the error and improves. It costs nothing to have the price on a paper, on the wall, wherever you are and to motivate the employee who is attending to know the product. Thank you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa! Tirei o horário do almoço pra conhecer o lugar junto a minha esposa. Chegamos as 13:15, mas pra nossa surpresa o lugar estava fechado. Tocamos a campainha uma Sra nos atendeu disse que a moça do atendimento só retornaria as 16h. Tinha um treinador e uma aluna usando o espaço, pedi pra deixarmos entrar pra pelo menos conhecer o lugar e não perdemos a viagem, mas o treinador não concordou e pediu pra voltar + tarde, nem teve a empatia pra nós atender. Saímos frustados e decidimos não voltar mais. Primeira impressão é a que fica!
My experience was not good! I took the lunch break to get to know the place with my wife. We arrived at 1:15 pm, but to our surprise the place was closed. We rang the bell, a lady who answered us said that the service girl would only return at 4 pm. There was a coach and a student using the space, I asked us to let them in to at least get to know the place and we didn't miss the trip, but the coach didn't agree and asked to come back later, he didn't even have the empathy for us to answer. We left frustrated and decided not to come back. First impression is what stays!
