★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condomínio, colaboradores super educados, local limpo e organizado. Há atividades para os idosos, bazar a cada quinze dias e feira toda quinta das 17h as 20h30min. O pastel é incrível. Sobre o comércio que funciona dentro do condomínio posso dizer que o salão de beleza possui um ótimo atendimento para manicure, pedicure e depilação. Os produtos da frangolandia também são deliciosos e muito bem preparados.
Excellent condominium, super educated employees, clean and organized place. There are activities for the elderly, bazaar every fortnight and every Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The crayon is incredible. About the trade that works inside the condominium I can say that the salon has a great care for manicure, pedicure and waxing. The products of frangolandia are also delicious and very well prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pensaria bem antes de mudar pra esse condomínio. A construção é antiga e tem muito barulho, tanto dos vizinhos como do encanamento. O condomínio é caro e não há uma contrapartida para justificar esse preço. Durante as noites, se algum vizinho está fazendo bagunça ou festa, tanto nos apartamentos como nas dependências comuns do condomínio, não adianta nada reclamar, pois o pessoal da zeladoria nunca faz nada a respeito, e, no dia seguinte, não adianta falar com a síndica, porque ela vai mandar vc raclamar na zeladoria. As únicas vantagens daqui, na minha opinião, é a proximidade com o metro, a imensa variedade de comércio próximo e, se vc tiver criança ou cachorro, o espaço imenso para elas brincarem.
I would think carefully before moving to this condo. The building is old and has a lot of noise, both from neighbors and plumbing. The condominium is expensive and there is no counterpart to justify this price. During the nights, if a neighbor is making a mess or party, both in the apartments and in the common facilities of the condominium, there is no point in complaining, because the janitorial staff never do anything about it, and the next day, it is no use talking to the liquidator, because she will send you to complain in the janitorial. The only advantages here, in my opinion, are the proximity to the metro, the immense variety of shops nearby and, if you have a child or dog, the immense space for them to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só visitei a parte comercial, no térreo. É uma pequena galeria com lojinhas muito charmosas. Em especial tem um pequena cafeteria muito aconchegante, lugares para comprar frios, doces, frutas e verduras (principalmente) e lá também está localizado o consultório odontológico do recomendadíssimo Dr. Dimas, muito simpático e competente, com certeza uma joia do condomínio.
I only visited the commercial part, on the ground floor. It is a small gallery with very charming shops. In particular there is a very cozy little cafeteria, places to buy cold cuts, sweets, fruits and vegetables (mainly) and there is also the dental office of the highly recommended Dr. Dimas, very friendly and competent, certainly a gem of the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro há mais de 10 anos no condomínio e adoro, os funcionários são EXCEPCIONAIS, equipe de limpeza, porteiros, bombeiros, me sinto segura e não mudaria daqui, a não ser pelo barulho da avenida jabaquara, mas como todos se conhecem aqui dentro, me sinto em uma cidade do interior dentro de SP.
I've lived in the condo for over 10 years and I love it, the staff are EXCEPTIONAL, the cleaning staff, doormen, firefighters, I feel safe and I wouldn't move here, except for the noise of Avenida Jabaquara, but as everyone knows each other here, I I feel in a city in the interior of SP.
