★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desde o início da ótica ultrafarma avenida Jabaquara , porem esse ano ao retorna me decepcionei com um nova funcionária não soube me escutar o importante pra ela é so o valor que vai vender , porem pela confiança que tenho na ótica ultrafarma a anos realizei a compra dos óculos da minha mãe , fora isso os funcionários antigos permanece do mesmo jeito sempre disposto a dar o melhor atendimento deixando ambiente confortável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a troca de lentes do meu óculos na unidade vila das merces, o atendimento é ótimo... mas as lentes vieram todas tortas, impossível de usar com a imagem toda destorcida. É até perigoso sair com eles na rua, tive que pedir estorno!
I exchanged lenses for my glasses at the Vila das Merces unit, the service is great ... but the lenses came all crooked, impossible to use with the image all twisted. It's even dangerous to go out with them on the street, I had to ask for a chargeback!

Mostrei a caixinha antiga da lente e a atendente né deu a de 3,75 dizendo que era a mesma coisa. Não estou enxergando nada e gastei cem reais a toa. Muito chateada, tinha muito respeito pela ótica mas infelizmente não respeita o cliente
I always bought my contact lenses at ultrafarma. Today I went to buy a new box and use 4.50 degrees. I showed the old lens box and the attendant, right, gave the 3.75 saying it was the same thing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei trocar os óculos dos meus filhos andei em muitas óticas mas foi na ótica Ultrafarma guarulhos que fui muito bem atendido no centro de guarulhos pela vendedora Jaqueline a qual demonstrou ser muito conhecedora do produto a qual estava vendendo , Além do produto ser de excelente qualidade. Comprei um óculos completo para minha filha e troquei as lentes do óculos do meu filho, avalio como excelente a experiência também fui atendido pelo supervisor Tiago que me apresentou um produto anti-enbaça te para as lentes do óculos que fazem toda diferença. Quem quiser comprar óculos com segurança indico óticas Ultrafarma guarulhos.

Houve um pequeno atraso , totalmente compreensivo pelo fato do tipo de lente estar indisponível no laboratório (Zeiss) e de pronto me ofereceram outro par de qualidade superior, demonstrando comprometimento e respeito pelo cliente, meus parabéns!!!!!
