Depois que o contrato está feito, não resolvem problemas, não atendem os inquilinos e usam uma regra pouco agradável: “NÃO ESTÁ SATISFEITO, PAGA A MULTA E PODE IR EMBORA” (ouvi pessoalmente dos responsáveis pela imobiliária). Infelizmente “empresários” assim ainda existem e prejudicam demais tanto os proprietários como os inquilinos. Estou há meses com prejuízos financeiros por problemas no imóvel. Não resolvem e fingem que está tudo certo.
Be careful with this real estate, when hiring they are great, helpful and attentive. After the contract is made, they do not solve problems, do not serve tenants and use an unpleasant rule: “YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, PAY THE FINE AND MAY GO AWAY” (I heard personally from those responsible for the real estate). Unfortunately, "businessmen" like that still exist and harm both owners and tenants too much. I have had financial losses for months due to problems in the property. They don't solve it and pretend it's all right.
